Ren'Py - Konoha Training [Ch.2 v0.21] [KonohaTraining]

The translation quality is inconsistent, leading to confusion. While the art style is decent for a Koikatsu render, it doesn't stay true to the original design. The coding has major issues. I've only played a few minutes and I can see it's trying but I skimmed and tested the gallery the gallery in both chapters but there are UI overlaps making animation impossible to see if the rest o the game is worth it. Animations often result in crashes via gallery. Chapter 1 starts in Spanish, requiring a settings adjustment before progressing. These design flaws create unnecessary frustration, making navigation and gameplay feel unpolished. 1 star for the attempt at making a multiple part story

Honestly, this game is a mess. I wanted to like it, Naruto and mind control? Sign me up. But it feels like the dev didn’t even try. Sure, there’s a decent chunk of content for a first release, but it’s just grind after grind after grind.
You want a new scene? Repeat the last one five times and grind some missions for cash.
The art is mediocre, the story is a ripoff of J11k4g3 R1s1ng but somehow worse. The game’s buggy, half the script is poorly translated, and a lot of the English text is still in Spanish. Like, come on, if you’re gonna bait with a popular anime, at least make the gameplay or story interesting.
At the end of the day, this is just another grindy, broken parody with ripped Koikatsu assets and zero originality. 0/5 if I could, but I guess I’ll settle for not recommending this to anyone. Ever.

+the art is good
-the art comes from another game called koikatsu
-GUI is bad. makes sandbox a chore
-Grind is bad. makes sandbox a chore.
-English is bad. I can barely understand what is being said at times.
-Many lines not even translated into english at all.
-plot is threadbare. Kaguya just gives you mind control power to use to mind control the girls of konoha so you can unseal her and have a fuckfest along the way. This is literally the entire plot.
-choices can just fail with "you need patreon code". If I did not input patreon code then do not even show this dialog option in the first place! don't "fail" my date with kurenai because I clicked on an option in the date which was secretely patreon locked (because you didn't even tell me it was patreon locked)
-a bunch of bugs
-relationship with girls is incredibly shallow. I am the target audience here, I love love mind control. But this game uses mind control like a cudgel. There is no dialog with the girls. You just walk up to them and go "I order you to strip" and then do it again to get enough lust to "I order you to blow me" and so on and so forth through increasing levels of sex. Pretty much the same for all girls.
-grinding love is somehow worse than grinding lust! you gain love via answering trivia questions about that character based on naruto canon (that was never mentioned in the game). EX: I click on hinana and I click speak and she asks "who are my team mates" and I need to then pick them out of 3 options.

overall this looks and feels like a first release demo which makes a bunch of mistakes who hopefully would be corrected later.
But it isn't, it is a complete standalone first episode in a chain of games that has been in development for years.

Need more improvement, the game is pretty good actually, but too many bugs. Don't worry, we can fix it. If need help with coding, maybe I can help. I'm a developer myself but not game developer . Just reach out if you need help with it

Honestly, I knew what to expect from the moment I pressed download. Poor writing, looks lazy and pretty much nothing fun within. If you want to play a Naruto porn parody, you can find a few on F95 that are way better than this one.

ok ngl but this game is great in my eyes .

Gameplay :
it does need a lot of work cause there are too much of great ideas everywhere and not in order .
same goes for language but the dev already talked about it .
it could most definitely use some ost remix track for naruto as songs.

all in all i like the story or the concept of the game a lot i hope that it will get better in the next updates to keep my 5 starts rating

I like the premise but the game is far too buggy and incomplete. Constantly come across randomly untranslated parts, or empty dialog, or things that are just broken. The game is quite grindy too. Between the grind and the bugs it can hardly even be called playable.

The girls are very pretty and the game is still good but they should improve the story of each girl a bit but I suppose that they will do that in the following updates, the game improved a lot in terms of the previous updates but there is still more to improve and I hope they add more girls in the next updates, what should improve a little is the translation into English but in general it seems to me a good game since as I said their designs are good and I think it has potential but it has to improve the story to that the game can be enjoyed much better

In my opinion, the designs of this game are very good, although it could improve the animations of a few scenes a bit but in general I like it, as it seems that the game is new so it lacks a lot of history to improve but in my opinion this game has quite potential

Also apparently the English translation is missing a lot to be the best but it also seems that this is not the main language of the developer, so you can see this version is a bit late because the new version 0.5 of the game has already come out and there It is seen that I improved several things and added new characters I hope they upload it soon here but in general I like the game of course I would prefer that the history of the characters is a more developed but as the first versions are recently it is understandable that it has some flaws in the script and the dialogues

So the girls are looking pretty good. Ones of the beetter ones as far as Naruto games go. The premise is not exactly original, but it could be sufficient. (if there was actually anything done with it). But that´s pretty much it for the good points, everything else kinda sucks.

You have to grind way too much to get any points. Sometimes you need to repeat the same thing way over ten times to get anywhere. And you have only one action per day. Which means even with text skipping you still need to click in the menu over fifty times just to unlock one lvl.

The english is not the best, but that is excusable since it is not the creators first language. The main problem is, that the dialog is kinda empty and incoherent, it adds nothing of value. Story is pretty much none existant.

And the constant plugging of the need for patreon codes doesn´t exactly help the immersion in the game.

My number 1 concern regarding all porn games that are not Text-based has and always will be the graphics. But what do you do if the graphics are simply ripped off a character creator/ assets used are not your own? You make up for it with intriguing gameplay, a good story, an interesting premise.

This 'game' has NONE of the 3. Intriguing gameplay? Nope. It's a grindy mess that bores me out of my skull within 15 minutes of booting this up for the first time. A good story? SmilingDog has already done this infiltration/mind control plot with the game 'Jiikage Rising.' Even though that game isn't exceptionally good either, it's far superior to this inane garbage when half the script suffers from bad/incomplete translations. Interesting premise? Nada. Plain, boring, repetitive seems to be the order of the day.

The game is full of bugs, broken questlines, boring content, ripped Animations/character sprites straight from Koikatsu, and bullshit grinding that gets you nowhere.

A terrible, unoriginal game, click-baiting by trying to be a parody of a popular mainstream anime, falling flat on its face. I would never, in any way, shape, or form recommend this to anyone, not even my enemies. I would give this a 0/5 if I could, but sadly that is not a feature.

In simple words: Bad context, it feels empty of expressions and is somewhat buggy in certain sections, and we go grinding without the patreon code is insane.

And well, I am a Spanish speaker so that's why I give it two stars because in Spanish it is half understandable (and because I like the models in Koikatsu), but in English nope and that here in F95 we could say that it is a great point against .

As a fan of Naruto and mind control I'd like to like this, but it really doesn't want to let me. For a first release there's actually a lot of content, but the quality is mostly just bad-to-okay and it's padded to hell and back with a whole lot of extremely tedious grinding.

Want to level up a girl to get the next scene? Repeat the last one a minimum of 5 times, and each time you get kicked back to your house and sleep just to make it that little bit longer. Want to get a new costume for the girl? Well each one is gonna cost you $300, and you get $10 a pop for doing missions, so have fun with that. Want to try to do that C-rank mission? I literally did the taijutsu training 50 fucking times and Shikamaru still stomps my ass flat. I gave up on ninjutsu training after I did it 20 times and didn't notice any real improvement.

Even if the "gameplay" wasn't a braindead slog of grinding, the content itself just isn't that great. The art, sex scenes, etc. aren't terrible, but they aren't anything great, either, just kind of okay. There's a bunch of spelling mistakes and points where even though I'm playing in English stuff is still in Spanish, and it's also very unclear sometimes whether I can actually do something yet or not. I tried to unlock Level 5 on the girls and each time it lets me do the event and fight them, but then when I get back to them it acts like I'm not there yet and can't do the final scene.
