Same issue, either the download gets a decryption error, or it suddenly stops downloading for no reasons.
Would you please use another filehost?

Edit: It looks like these two files are the problem. I could still play the game, but it would freeze after a certain scene.
Edit2: I got the missing files from the untranslated version and copied it to the translated version, it worked!
