Sapphira's scene (bath scene) won't trigger because of the PP
Protya does not have any reaction to the PP nor does she offer any solution

I guess the whole save is bricked

Bath is with Protya. And not this scene. Talk with Sapphira directly by the lamp. If there is no related dialogue then yeah your save might be borked.

As has been said several times now, it's a 16.0 bug, put 16.1 patch over it, it's in the OP now.

Even with all movement debuffs you can jump there with a dash. Otherwise, get rid of the debuffs.
