Looked through some of the other "Seeking" threads and other places, but couldnt find this specific game or I dont what it looks like at all.
There was a game where the mechanic was making medicines/serums that would corrupt people, but part of the game was you had to test some of these concoctions on yourself. When you did you would be turned into a girl and need to go to the club to do acts to test how good it was, but the catch was if you "absorbed" too much cum you would become corrupted and mindless and lose the game.
