If you were in all rooms in the flight deck, then you were in the GAIA lab (the one from the intro), the first room on the left side. Go into the back of this room (an extra door) and click on the left monitor. You need to have semen in your inventory (right click).

you can make 45 semen a day (3x15), after that MC is too tired. Go to bed. you maximum storage is 99. fill up the first level and from there the story begins. you could do without, but grinding affection is tiresome. fill the first level to unlock enough interactions and passive affection (talk about gaia > talk about level).

you don't really pick it up, click on it, screen goes black, message in the top right corner letting you know how much seed you received, you can also left click to bring up the inventory and go left or right to the seed to see how much you have on you
being able to click on it when starting a new game, you wont be able to right away when you are able to move around, so skip to 9:00, leave you room, compliment adrianna in the hallway, skip to 10:00, eat with them, compliment one of them while eating, after you are done, compliment one of them, go back to your room and then you are able to click on it

thanks chemmy, will try this today...but how in the hell is anyone supposed to know this or figure this out on their own? it's not like there's any in-game prompts anywhere helping you progress the story, or even hints at doing what you suggested...just seemingly random events that you have to stumble across at the right time in the right place...are you kidding me? PLEASE tell me there's a walkthrough somewhere i can use/follow, b/c otherwise i have a feeling i might not wind up sticking w/this game very long if i have to keep bugging you guys on what to do next b/c the only way to progress the story is to luck into stumbling into random events at a certain time, not by actually following a story line, or figuring out puzzles...thanks again
ok, FINALLY got what u said to work...but couldn't catch adrianna waiting in my room until 9am, had to stand out in the hallway n wait for her to come out of her room, trying to catch her as i exit my room was impossible. n saw her n katherine eating breakfast, but how do i "eat with them"? all i could do was talk to each of them. n tough to catch katherine as she leaves the table, but i was able to help adrianna w/breakfast, n then talked to katherine when she walked in. n what compliments work best? groped adrianna's ass after breakfast, but that doesn't seem to do anything...GAWD there should be a walkthrough for this!!!! any chance you know of one/have one? thanks again

are you taking some kind of medication? when you click them when they sit down at the table you sit with them. you can move the camera with right mouse button and you get choice boxes. all compliments work similar the only difference is them taking it depending on how they feel about you.

when they are sitting at the table, just click on one, you will automatically sit down with 4 options, for the compliments when they are walking around, start with hair and the higher there relationship points you will be able to get points from the other ones, the groping scene, at first you wont get any points, but the higher her points, you will start getting points from it and it will lead to the full scene

get seed for the seeder, 0-100 you will get 15 from the vial, 100+ on the seeder, you will only get 3, that's when scenes help out
check the checklist on your pc, clicking on one will expand the category
hints are also giving on the relationship page on the pc when you click on one of them
card levels
100 level 2 card (medbay)
200 camera, can be use to get pics of them when asked to help out getting seed
300 rec room, camera attachment, the camera attachment allows you to place the camera in there rooms and bathroom to spy on them on your pc
400 level 3 card (will need a item from the medbay after the first part of the scene and head back to the seeder)

What fulcrum said, but you have to talk to Natasha about wine before she'll start hiding the bottles on the flight deck, which requires some level of affection as well.
