The game is not good. 2-3 stars is a more appropriate rating for the current state of it. It's puzzling why people rated it as 5.
It's always somewhat interesting to check out these projects not for the goon content, but rather to see a bit of the inside world of the creator. A level of self-insertion is present both in a straight-forward sense as well as through the actual game design/writing. With that being said, from what I see as a person the game Dev seems to actually be a decent human being, so I bear no hostility towards his persona, this opinion is only about the product.
1) Visuals
The GUI is very subpar, practically non-existent. The most basic shapes and interaction lights that are easily missed.
Regarding the characters, I'll start with the girls. I haven't seen all, but from what I can tell it's basic models possibly taken from somewhere else. There are some drawn images of them and I can't put my finger, but if my artist career is anything to go by, that looks like AI. Maybe modified, but AI. Just look at some clothes and compare them to any other drawn object, you'll see what I mean.
But the MC is the weirdest model of them all. I don't even know how to describe it - even in a porn game of this quality he breaks immersion completely, that should tell you how much he stands out. A towering 2-3 meter + 150kg of pure muscle (and a freaking forest of body hair) high schooler that wears the most eye popping saturated color you can find on a color wheel. Honestly, who sees that absolute shade of pink-purple and think it's a good idea to have the whole outfit in this color? He looks like he wears those Garris Mod error cubes as an outfit. Although considering his physique, he might as well, dude makes Jotaro look average.
2) Writing
I'll give credit where credit is due, at the very least the dialogue from MC is somewhat "realistic", meaning that the dialogue is not some random mess of porn quotes and anime tropes, but at least attempts to be reminiscent of how humans talk. The choices/actions presented through the dialogue supports the idea of self-insertion and in that sense it reflects that the author is an actual human being with a decent grasp on how people communicate and is probably a good person. I might be looking too much into this, but that was my impression. I didn't feel disgust from the dialogue, which can't be said for majority of the things on this website.
However, the writing of the MC is all over the place. He behaves very randomly and with no clear character developed for him, so there is no substance or any semblance of a persona in him, because one scene he acts as the biggest badass farming aura points, the other scene he's twiddling his thumbs as an MC of a seasonal romcom anime.
3) Gameplay
Biggest issue is with the gameplay. There is no structure to the game events, they happen randomly, you sometimes get events that talk about things you haven't seen/done, there is no quest log/goal set or any resemblance of attempting to control player's experience, you just randomly click on things, they might result in some scenes but half of the time those scenes just randomly pop in existence clearly indicating that you missed some other scene before.
"Playing" this I felt as a participant in a chinese room thought experiment.
Overall, the game is very raw. A lot of clicking, a lot of inconsistent slice of life dialogues, no clear story progression or gameplay experience. I haven't seen any scenes aside from a couple of naked pics, so this is clearly intended to be more than just a shell for pre-rendered basic scenes with famous characters and a self-insert.
