Don't know how this has 4 stars.
The main gameplay loop is basically combat, and when the combat is this piss poor, it's really not a great thing.
The first week and a half, you are basically a fucking caster minion and you can't play the game because all the girls 100-0 you in 3 seconds. Fortunately you scale and the girls don't and you will hit your 3 item powerspike. Basically you buy glacial buckler, chain vest, and rejuv, and pick up the pickaxe from the cave map, and you'll be able to outplay Lux and level up from there.
Speaking of Lux, she is probably the weakest out of everyone. She has a mana bar and once she runs out, she can only AA, and her auto attacks do like 4 damage to you. Her ult costs half her mana bar, but if you have the above items it shouldn't do too much to you. The most cancer part about her is of course the root, which in my experience, you cannot struggle your way out of. You can only wait it out, and it lasts 3 turns which is stupid because Lux becomes a nonthreat pretty fast, and her root doesn't make her harder to fight, it just makes the fight take longer for no reason.
Katarina is a pretty big threat all throughout, because RNG can really dick you over. She inflicts stacking bleed which is already cancer in and of itself, but she can also spam shunpo on you which is a grapple, which makes you unable to act. Basically it wastes turns so you take bleed damage for no reason. You can struggle your way out of this, but beware of her leg move, because she can instakill you if you don't break out of the leglock after 3 turns, which is complete utter bullshit and makes her unfun to fight. Also she can "prepare" which makes her dodge go up. This is cancer because the player character already has the aim of a plastic elo and misses attacks against even fucking Lux who is an immobile mage.
Irelia is only a threat on week 1. After that she tickles you and her grapple is pretty easy to struggle out of. However, since she has no sub scenes yet, I usually just ignore her.
Qiyana is an absolute nightmare to fight, not because she is strong, but because the fight takes forever and makes me want to jump off a cliff. She can toggle between ice, rock, grass, fire, and wind modes, and every single one is absolute Aids. Ice has a chance to freeze you, which is infuriating. Rock just does damage, but it does a LOT of damage and Qiyana has a lot of ATK ups in her kit here, so if she lands a bullshit crit on you it can 1 shot you. Grass is just pure aids, it makes her unable to take damage from attacks for two turns. And fire is the biggest tumor, it gives her atk up for 4 turns and heals her for 450. After her empowering sequence, she will unlock a new fire move which heals her for her full hp bar, and the most stupid shit is that she can use this move more than once, so unless you have hexdrinker and can root her with morgana Q, she won't die. It does not take a genius to figure out that this is insanely bad game design and makes the player want to go 0/1 IRL.
Ahri is easy to fight, but apparantly you can't beat her until you learn some fuckass spell from lux or whatever, which is NOT telegraphed at ALL in the game. Also you lose AD, permanently, when you lose to Ahri. Extremely horrid gamedev decision here that makes me question what the fuck kind of gas station weed they were smoking. Anyways, aside from that, Ahri can spam charm at you, which lowers your attack. Yes, she can spam this over and over again and cause you to do literally zero damage. Which is stupid as shit. Aside from that IDK what the spirit fire shit does here, it doesn't damage me or anything. Her only damaging spell is her Q, which actually does a lot of damage on the returning hit so watch out for that I guess.
If you do well, you can earn a whopping 200 gold. You can't really get gold any other way, so this is just way too stingy. I mean, Lulu only gives you 10-15 gold, but you need like 100 for just a consumable item.
Then there's the addiction shit, which is really annoying because getting rid of it means watching an unskippable cutscene with Morgana. That shit should be skippable. All repeating cutscenes should be. Speaking of repeating, when Lux runs out of mana, she has unskippable dialogue every time she attacks. Why is this not fixed instantly and kept in the game? Also you gain addiction for like, fuckin feet even if you pick the resist option. Why give us the illusion of choice?
Theres a lot of freezing going on in the game which is infuriating. I've lost progress because of this. Save often. Also visual bugs, like stuff staying on the screen when they aren't supposed to.
Lastly is the art, which is passable at best. Yes the developer does this stuff by themselves. Still does not excuse the wonkiness.
Also the game right now is more fem domination which I am not into.
Also you cannot see enemy buffs/debuff icons because they're covered by the battle sprite. Amazing.
Item descriptions need work. I have never understood why developers put shit like "this item does extra damage" instead of saying "this item does 5% extra damage". Does it fucking kill them to write the exact numbers?
Also the game has a cheat detector, as if the gameplay wasn't annoying enough. I pressed crtl Z on my save folder and then I lost my save. That's on me, but I am NOT playing all the way until day 30 again because its
A) not worth it
and B) not a good game anyways
