Legal and "how to" question about sims house import

Hi guys,

I'm trying to make my first game, and i have a ton of questions and i'm still in the beginning of the learning proces.
But regarding making backgrounds for my VN game, can i create the house using Sims 4 and import the data file to for example Blender? Sims 4 is EA and i'm not sure if it would be illegal to use their game in this way. Thank you in advance

It's totally illegal to do it. But the question is more : will your game be so big that they'll find it and want to look at it closely enough to discover what you effectively did ?
