1) I am not a lawyer and this does not constitute legal advice
2) Technically it could be illegal but the law is a little fuzzy, my official suggestion is to avoid, if you want to be 100% certain
3) It's a controversial law, on the rare occasion that someone gets in trouble for it there's people on both sides of the discussion.
4) If you make your own game and don't share it with anyone, you have legal precedent that can protect you:
4) From a practical standpoint, as long as you stay anonymous you would probably not be arrested, because the police are more worried about people who actually pose a threat to society and already have their hands full dealing with that. The biggest threat will probably be something stupid happening IRL (like you leave your window open and someone outside sees your computer screen and calls the police)

1) the law in the US used to just ban actual photographic depictions of minors, then was expanded to include photomanipulations and even "realistic" digital depictions of minors--while SCOTUS here put a big dent in that, it's likely safer to have content that declares that all characters involved in sexual activity are at least 18, to make sure that all characters have pubescent features(i.e., look biologically age of puberty or older), and that the more "realistic" the characters look, the older the youngest characters should look(what I call the "middle school rule"--make sure they look like they're at least middle school aged)
2) a secondary defense to obscenity charges is that the work have legitimate artistic or literary value--which would suggest that porn parodies and/or graphic depictions of literary works might qualify.
3) I have the sense that, currently, busting people playing fap games with characters who appear underage isn't exactly the highest priority. Though you could also decide based upon "what's the worst thing I could have on my hard drive that I could live with my spouse/kids/friends/family discovering on it?" Unabashed CP, even cartoon CP(depictions involving prepubescent kids) is a pretty clear cut red line in that regard.

Canada is a weird place where someone convicted of hate speech can get a similar sentence as someone who butchers a guy on a bus and eats his corpse. You should probably cancel your internet just to be safe.
probably because those were the same guy. and also fictional.

In the Czech Republic, production, distribution and possession of pornography with protagonists under the age of 18 is illegal, whether they are real or fictional. But I don't think there was a single case where someone was prosecuted for pornography involving fictional protagonists. All the cases I heard involved pornography with real actors.

I wonder at what point such content becomes prohibited, where is the red line between legal and illegal - on kissing, stroking, caressing, hugging, or on the direct sexual act?

Well, you are probably already a pervert. That's a social label, and people won't care about what the law says. The law varies wildly between where you are at, and enforcement/investigation of this stuff is hit and miss too.

Yes, there is always a risk, even if you have completely legal things like adult porn that you've paid for. If you have something you don't want anyone else to know about, where you store it is important. Don't upload it to any cloud storage, don't store on a shared drive or easily accessible device like a cell phone, and lock down your computer, especially if you have family that has reasonable access to it. Don't let anyone else fix your computer if it breaks. Friends and family are the ones most likely to turn you in, not some federal watchdog.

Straight forward disclaimer : don't do anything illegal. Protect your privacy.

If you don't do these things you have nothing to worry about:
- Developing games
- Distribution
- Being vocal about this kinds of fetish

then what would you do if your computer nid fixing
I would suggest that if you are not skilled enough to fix your own computer you are not skilled enough to keep (possibly) illegal / embarassing things on your computers.

For this very reason I find it sad that celebrities keep troves of self made porn on their phones.

then how do you fix your com if you have porn games you dont wan people to find out
If everything is so difficult, you can keep at hand the cheapest, clean hdd with only installed OS and swap it before giving the pc for repair.
