She goes from not liking the friend to agreeing to accompany him to an office party to cheating with him faster than I eat Bakewell Tarts .... or my girlfriend.
Meanwhile his "friend" is talking to the other guy about how he's fucking MC's girlfriend and all she does is leave clues. The kind of friend that replaces the need for enemies.
Girlfriend goes from sweet to slut so quick I was tempted to sue the dev for whiplash.
Nevermind lending her out, give her away, bask in peace.
Swap her for a dog.

Honestly don't try and make sense of this game. I like humiliation and even I was stunned with this one. GF hates this fucking MC. I have no idea how long the dev can keep this up. It needs an NTS route from scratch.
The story might be real in a broad sense but

this week, for sure! I just need to finish this chapters for the side game Camping With My NTR Girlfriend and I'll post and fix a few more issues of the game.
btw i have a question- as far as i understood at this moment you are focused on side project? Is that mean u done with "lending my girlfriend" and there will be no more updates in the future? or we can expect continuation of this project?

Nope, not done with Lending, It wll have more updates, including this month! I'm just doing a side project to have a bit of rest form Lending and think better about next steps with Lending.
