There is "cataclysm" by AmorousDezign. it's still in its chapter 1, but it is already decently long if you include the side quest.

Not sure how to consider the harem/swinging/cheating tags to be honest. Your character has a sexual relationship with a lot of different characters but you don't necessarily have a committed relationship. You have a married aunt that is an adoptive figure rather than blood related to you who you sleep with, probably doesn't count as cheating though cause her husband even encourages you to impregnate her depending on your choices in a side quest. There are ntr/sharing paths where you can have the girls sleep with or develop a relationship with other men, these are optional though so you can completely avoid that. No sign of a demon lord so far; world history is basically that two worlds, one dominated by humans and one by furries, got slammed into one and humanity eventually conquered the other race. Not sure if that will come up much, as your character is mostly just looking to become an adventurer and find his unknown birth parents rather than become involved in politics.

Game is maybe around 20 hours if you include the grind and side quest and at least meets all of your important features. Not as long as what you're probably looking for but it might be worth it to keep an eye on it for the future and maybe even give it a try.
