EDIT: I just tried. My take is that at home things could get interesting with the mother watching the sister's shenanigans, but my problem is that nothing made sense at the pharmacist. The pharmacist was stuck and to get her free you remove her shirt, pull her pants down, move the panties to the side and finger her? I was like... what?
And then you are a young person that never worked on your life that somehow it's a professional masseuse that get's hired on spot and ejaculate on the face of a client that can't tell a cum from a face cream. For me was just cringe all around at the pharmacist.
I know it's a porn game and I guess there's people that just plays for the visuals skipping all the dialog, but I like games where the story at least make a little bit of sense. Don't let my words discourage you dev, keep going, I'm sure some people will like it.

This is why people use AI art generators bud. Your art is...terrible. So is mine, but i'm not trying to draw for a game.
Even if I loved your story, I would not be able to use it for its intended purpose. You can switch to real porn, switch to AI generation, switch to text only, or fuck it bud just pilfer rule34 or gelbooru.
I do like the attempted style, early 2000s animated western art. You could probably train an AI system to use that style. If you insist on drawing stuff yourself, maybe take a 6 month break. Just focus on writing out the entire story so that all you have to do is code and draw, and give yourself time to draw a LOT. 6 months can probably get you up to passable if you stick with it.
