Hell I gotta defend fanfest here a little. It's not like all the content in fanfest was bad, it's just that it ate a month of production, and that the timing turned a planned boring update and then a nice update before a break into a boring update and then a two month break before the somewhat big update after the event juggle.
Dorm wars tho. Highs were too thin, lows were boring and somehow didn't move the needle even though two adults watched him fuck one of the students while molly sat there. (And I was hoping your lust grinding would matter like it did in the first nodokathon)
If Sel can't figure out how to make Dorm Wars matter I'd rather he replace it with fanfest. (Though I'd prefer something relevant than either if he'd rather replace Dorm Wars)
Oh, I liked the Fan Fest too. I really wouldn't mind if Selebus did one every year, even with less content. As long as it has a "What If" like Forever Young and a "Q&A" session like he did with Times New Roman, I'd be more than satisfied.
Regarding the Dorm Wars, I agree with those who say they should either get a complete makeover or be replaced with some other event. Unless Akira returns to teaching at the school (which now seems much more likely), the Dorm Wars are pointless. One suggestion to replace them would be one of those spring/summer festivals that are so common in anime.
The Are You Happy Here account is Kyoko's diary/journal and she somehow predates NiB and LiL. She mentions time and time again schizophrenically, that The Upside Down House is a prison and that she is constantly being watched. Death doesn't exist and time moves differently.
In a hex encoded message it reveals what the purpose of the Upside-down House is.
Whether the Upside Down House was created by Kyoko is up for debate. But Sel comments on the post this letter is in. Which I guess, makes him canon to the LiL extended universe???????? But Kyoko's many mentions of Shiori is interesting because, it implies that Shiori was once trapped or resided in the Upside Down House and was somehow able to get out. And Shiori refers to Kyoko in the past tense when looking at Nodoka. So this implies that she's been out of there for a minute.
There's also some audio clips that link to Sound Cloud. One of them is a distorted version of 'Daisy Bell' (the Daisy Daisy song) the other is a bunch of garbled junk, that I immediately clicked off of, before I summoned a demon. But in the little bit I did hear, it sounded to similar to the black cube that was speaking to Chika in her TSS.
Just some interesting tidbits I'd thought to share.

I remember Sel saying that he’s gonna make a game about UDH some time in the future and here I am just thinking how amazing it would be if the lore of that game is already decoded by the time the first update of that game releases
My guess is that it has to do with Ami killing herself at the tree. I mean, why would she even go there and have a showdown with the entire family (and Nodoka for whatever reason?), win, then hang herself?
Maybe im minimizing but i'm pretty sure she went there for the tree.
Whether or not Sekai is buried beneath it is up for debate, but it's the same tree type that is often connected to her, and Tsubasa seems to have had connection to Sekai at some point (unless im fever dreaming that part, cant remember my source on it rn).
Also I don't think she "had a showdown". She likely found them limp (like Nodoka is) and just started cutting
I believe the Tsukioka's have been strong arming their wealth. I wouldn't put it behind Tsubasa to do so, to push her agenda. I can see Touka finding out about this and doing a hostile take over and righting the wrongs her family has been doing.
As for Ami, she probably went to confront Touka, after what she said during the Dorm Wars. She did have that smile with murderous intent behind it, after Touka's set. How she managed to pack up the Tsukioka bloodline + Yuki and Nodoka is beyond me. Unless there was some sort of chain reaction like: Ami goes to attack Touka, Tsubasa steps in to protect Touka, then Yuki steps in protect Tsubasa, and they all ended up dead in the process. The only reason I can think she would murder Tsukasa would be out of jealousy. I wouldn't put it past Ami for being petty and straight up murdering Tsukasa in cold blood, for the simple fact that she has a mother that's alive (or was at the time) and she doesn't. I mean she shanked Nodoka for looking at Sensei funny. And Nodoka probably watched all that go down and said something, well Nodoka would say and got stabbed, because she's Nodoka.

As for Tsubasa having a connection to Sekai there hasn't been any overt concrete evidence but there's been speculation that Sekai is the girl who taught Yuki and some of her gang English - which she mentioned during her camping event - so that's probably what you're thinking of?
Along with the brief mention during Tsubasa's last event that her and Yuki had another close friend no longer around that might reinforce that;
So just so I understand, if a girl has died during the reset process, do the custodians still need to reset them? I wonder what purpose is served by Ami killing everyone/herself (unless it's just catharsis for herself?)
And for the RAS/Sensei who remembered through the loops, are these failed custodial resets? Did the custodians choose to not reset/not manage to find the RAS girls in time before the world started over, and that's why they kept their memories? It can't be that the custodians attempt to reset them and they remember in spite of it, because we see Ayane and Akira experience pain when remembering. The RAS girls just genuinely remember everything.
I agree with Budoop about Ami visiting her mother's tree and also about the lack of a showdown (Ami's victims all have the same white eyes as doll Sana, whereas her corpse doesn't because she was awake). I have some questions of my own about this scene:
