Nope. Ctrl+F "porn" on their TOS page only said it was off limits and didn't have any definitions.

But I googled "gumroad porn" and hey, would you look at that:

"Content of any format, including those listed above, that features characters who are minors, are depicted as minors, or are suggested to be minors in any sexual or sensual or fetishized context is strictly prohibited and cannot be sold on Gumroad."

Heh NP, it wasn't my catch though. Few people said they were struggling to get through 4th reset while following the guide. And someone else pointed out the Eat rice. But I'm glad its fixed and people are using it.

Some of them are locked behind DL paywalls.

Also since Google posted that they removed 1 result. I looked up this...

I really hope this DMCA thing was done by some idiot fan of Sel's and not by Sel... because he is literally using pirated software/assets to make his game. by issuing a DMCA claim himself he is declaring the assets as his and completely walks outside of the grey area he was in using 'abandoned' assets which are public domain.
correct me if I'm wrong on that

edit: also good job letting them know who else to attack. let me just go get some popcorn for this horrible fallout
2nd edit: the only time I am aware you can use and file DMCA and copyright on assets made by other people is when the author has been dead 70+ years (at least in the states) or you purchase the rights to it and that is not the case

Interesting, though it's not like you can easily prove their members are leaking the game separately to here, you could either have the same leaker leaking to many websites, or, members of those sites could be ripping the leaks from here. I'd be curious to test it but i can't imagine how without also imagining a counter argument to each test... heck, the leaker/s here could be ripping the leaks from one of those websites for all we know.

yeah the internet is an open window for the most part but few people ever bother to move the blinds aside to see they had the option to climb through it.

I guess, we could use the drm code to check if the IDs sent to Selebus website are the same.
