Visit her at the shrine; this event is the first I played in this update IIRC so I don't think there's any specific prerequisite (unless you haven't finished all the events in 0.29)

If it has to be "secret", then Scientific Research. If it's just appearance, then also at the end of The Room With Clocks (an add-on from the rework I believe). I am not sure if there is any "background character cameo" for her in Chapter 1 though.

I'm not entirely sure why, but finding out that Chika's and her sister's hair color were actually black before they bleached it, still hasn't set in for me. It never even occured to me that their hair was bleached, even though I know it's been mentioned and implied. I guess you could call that having a "blonde moment" for me. I'm so used to anime hair, I just thought they were always like that.

I know that feeling; I also had a moment of "oh wow yeah they had black hair before hmm" and on the other hand completely accepted Io's green hair, and whoever doesn't have black/brown eyes without any questioning despite most of them being just Japanese. These anime, man.

Exactly how I feel. I don't know what to trust anymore.

Also, Ami, Uta, and Sekai all seem to have unnaturally red hair, but that could also just be natural by the game's logic.

I think Ayane is actually a natural blonde though. I seem to recall that coming up a few times. Might be wrong. No idea if Yasu's hair is actually white or dyed. Etc. I'm curious about the lore of hair in LiL now.

Also, I replayed the event where Chika talks about the threesome, and apparently getting Tsubasa and Chinami as options needs certain flags? Tsubasa makes sense since you can miss her catching them have sex in the mansion. But what unlocks the Chinami option? I figured it was just a joke choice.

Tsubasa you need to have more than 25 lust with Chika.

Chinami you must have chosen to see Chinami in the bath (flag sawchinami==true)

I think most characters in this game would classify under "take what he shouldn't" tho. However, It could go deeper than that like there seems to be a few characters with godlike beings seemingly watching them. Like Sana, Tsuneyo, and Yasu. Not to mention Maya and Ami. Chosen ones maybe.

Personally, I still think Sensei knocking up anyone is either feeding the gods or giving them more "material" to work with as well as maybe servants. Moyo, long Maya, mangled Ami, etc, all might be Sensei's kids. Yasu wanting Sensei to breed virgins cannot be a good thing.

I've been meaning to try it out, but having Rin mad at me feels like a cardinal sin, and I don't really know if there's any incentive to be a Bad Homie in the first place.

Any of his students are right out. It's considered professionally unethical to date any of your students family members, so that rules out any of the moms, sisters, and cousin, leaving us with literally only Wakana, Osako, and Imani.

But Imani's professional role is as a subordinate, so the boss/employee dynamic makes that an unethical one as well.

And the whole lesbian thing rules out the last two characters.

The whole damned garden is forbidden fruit.

Anyway, yeah, this game is full of taboos and that, along with good writing, makes it quite the experience.

Saved there and chose Tsubasa as well. She seems to be the most popular choice based off what I've seen.

Also I think it'll be more of a change in dialogue than actual scenes to see unfortunately. Yumi, Rin, and Tsubasa (as well as Tornado) are some characters I'd like to see Chika have a threesome with. Don't care all that much for Niki. Mostly just pity.
