I'm sure she's done stupid things with Senseis before, but they probably never lasted long enough to actually be satisfying. And I don't think she could pull Sensei away from his job any more than Io or Kirin could.
As for Noriko, she's been at the other school and Maya hasn't seen her in past loops. I think she's too disgusted/angry at Noriko to intentionally seek her out, even for revenge. She's also not going that psychotic now, when Noriko actually presents a threat.
Hmm, if we accept the theory that all the characters are directly or indirectly related to Sensei, then could Uta* be a distant relative of Sekai? In support of this theory, 1) They have almost the same hair color 2) Sensei has a special attraction to Yuta 3) We don't know where Sekai is from

you can totally make a real functional flavor beam with ionized MSG salt and a strong electical shock to produce a momentary laser light small amounts of particlized salt would travel dowwn that beam when it hits food it would add really weak additional flavor... but it would do it

Edit: thinking about it, you mean Uta? You're pronouncing her name wrong, it's a japanese name, the 'U' sounds like the 'oo' in 'too', as in 'i like that too', 'oo-tah', not 'yoo-tah'.
I believe they mean Uta.
Is Sensei's attraction to Uta any more special than his attraction to everyone else?
I don't think it's impossible but we need more than just similar hair color to really justify this theory.

Yes ? I mean, she is the only one whom Sensei offered to marry in the first minutes of meeting, of course, you can say that this is just his fetish for maids, but I believe that the Uta factor is important here. Also, it seems that in the competition between Yasu and Rin during the dorm war, it was recognized that Uta was the most sexually attracted to Sensei.
And finally, as I said in the first message, this theory is based on the theory of a mandatory and universal connection with Sensei, and this is the only suitable connection that I can give to Uta who lived until the last couple of years (?) somewhere far away from Kumon mi .

like the only places of business in the old district we know of are these three so far
tsuneyo's ramen shop, noriko's convenience store, and that other bar we go to when we dont want to spend time with sana.
as for other locations that are not store fronts
chika's place, the yakuza place yumi was at once, yuki and imani's apartment complex
... is io's bath house in the old district? i dont think it was ever really brought up before
Though I'd like to think viewers realized by the end that the writers had effectively wasted 13 years of their time and were laughing all the way to the bank.
it might seem liek one at first, but it isnt a porn game. much the same you wouldnt call something like game of thrones a porn show. though i suppose some people mightI dropped this game like a year ago because it was honestly just endless dialogue and teasing, with a few very specific girls getting scenes but practically nothing for everyone else. Very well written dialogue, but I can only pretend to be playing a porn game for so long before I realize I'm not and go do something more entertaining. Has it improved at all in that regard? Not like I'm expecting it to have become a fuck fest game or something, but I mean, has it picked up a little?

Just wanted to mention: "Moe Maya" definitely implies that she did more than just being the normal teenage girl she claims to be, in the loops. She straight up mastered working in a maid cafe to the point it's like muscle memory to her.
Makes me wonder if Maya had gotten jealous of Uta draining Sensei's wallet in some loop and just decided to outdo her at the one thing she does best, being a maid.
Maybe she's literally tried to copy and outdo every other girl in the class in past loops? She does strike me as the prideful type. Maybe we just haven't seen Homie Maya, Dojo Maya, or Porn Saleswoman Maya, etc, yet.
Maya also does seem rather detached to the other girls (besides Ami). I wouldn't be surprised if she had tried killing them at some point just to test a theory. She did already seem to know that Deaths have occured before.

You know, i think this is my magnum opus theory, it's got evidence, it's internally coherent, many of you support it, i think it's safe to say it's an even better theory than Sensei having a very large penis, i think you'll all agree that with this, my crowning achievement, i move from being the king of the dunce table to being king of the theory-ing table no?
