Ok so I recently came back after a couple updates and it's been so long I got confused on something. The guide mod says I need to go to the dojo for an event...but I don't remember how to get there lol. It's for "Back to the Basics," which is a Karin event. I was thinking maybe it's one of those things that will become apparent eventually cuz the story is weird right now and some places are closed off, but it's been sitting there for a while

You'll be locked out of doing it right now, and there's a chance it'll be retroactively red pathed. Karin is blocked until she gets over her seconds from being raped trauma., and a quick look at the code says there was an osako event that prevents you from going to the dojo itself.
That said the wiki says it's unmissable so there's a chance it's just glitched. Have you actually completed 0.45? Maybe you just need to progress. Reading the code the Dojo will be available on the weekends after the beach trip with Yumi and Sensei's big event, until Osako's Milf of the month event.
Not really. No other men in the story. One sensei obsessed character torture rapes another sensei obsessed character and she resists. Some people are just angry people are orgasming without Sensei being there.

Okay so, there's a lot of people outright denying what he said. This is not true. Most of what the review said is true. This is the part that is not true:
"Then chapter 4 happens and most of the love interests start sleeping with other people. Girls who were super loyal to the MC one chapter ago are suddenly going to orgies or having sex with their friends. This culminates in two classic NTR scenes in the two last updates."
This is not true because there's absolutely no orgies going around or people having sex with their friends. What there is is a torture porn scene that happens in an alternate reality that might have been the distant past before both of the characters (girls) had their memories purged. This is the one true NTR scene in the game (and even then it's more of an NTR effect on the player, than on the plot in any shape or form). The other scene happens while a different girl is also tortured into orgasm by another girl (a dead one in fact), in a dream from which she wakes up.
I assume that what he's referencing by orgy is an event in which the girls compete against eachother by telling intimate secrets and seeing who orgasms first from a vibrator. None of the girls, however, none of them even touch the other throughout the whole thing.
I am a supporter of adding the NTR tag into the game, but what that person is saying in his review in the part I quoted is absolutely not true.
