Even if all events were automatic, I'd still make a trigger guide because other than people having to know that they're all automatic, the guide also covers events variations, translations and additional info. But, yes, 0.48 does have specific triggers:

Frankly, it kind of seems like the supernatural stuff and those related to it, don't really have a problem with her (Unlike with Maya). Which is also why I wonder what exactly happened to the Ami in the Hallway...
