No ulterior flag is set there, but there's no reason you can't go back before you read it. Unless you missed when it said "Uta's affection has been reset to 0." and played a ton. Personally I'd lose an hour and just turn on skip mode until I reach more unseen text.

No all fan fest stuff is being released on the Lessons In Love website. But I would advise against going straight to the website and downloading it if you have a pirated version game.
