I was actually wondering earlier if differences to their bodies were also reset and that's why Maya just eats whatever she wants

We all know the MC is a bit of a pervert, and there are two characters—Ami and Ayane—who are constantly throwing themselves at him. So why doesn’t he take the opportunity?
Also, there are plenty of chances for him to get closer to the girls or even meet new ones—like when Miku offers him the chance to be the new soccer coach. It just feels really odd that he doesn’t take advantage of these situations.
