Ackcyually, playing devil's advocate, the letter of the law doesn't make a distinction between AI generated and cartoon.

The text says it doesn't have to be an AI-generated image, just qualify with the definition of obscene (by Section 43.21(a)(1)(B)). I do agree it's just gonna be used to just pressure sites that don't comply, kinda like how half of the DLsite non-AI 18+ pages are inaccessible from outside Japan, before it gets struck down like other american laws (who knows, tho, remember that the Comics Code Authority was a thing for a while there).
That said, would LiL qualify as an offense if it does happen?

1. New? This entire game is predecated on rape and always has been.

Honestly I'm not too sure.
He has been begging for punishment, but what if the Nodokathon 2 was a look into the future, what if he sees he is indestructible in a world where he's meant to do this and starts seeing himself as a king.
Alternatively though, in that king Akira segment he looks fucking awful. Granted this could be because of Ami's involvement, but that could also be a foreshadowing of a potential fall.

Genuinely not sure which is more likely at this point, especially considering it'd take him full circle to when he thought he was just Isekaid in to be a sex machine.

100% Ayane is talking to Makoto about what happened, her ass is breaking or at least straining Nodoka's NDA.
Might even be looking for a way to save Akira from the shitshow he's just found himself in, would sync up with the Sara visit.

LiL somehow always manages to bring to light certain dissonances people have regarding certain themes when they're presented in certain contexts on fiction.

The sorrow of his rebirth is that, no matter what, it seems like he's destined to go full circle.
On that note, I think the resets themselves are also in a loop, which begins anew when he pulls a rooftop (maybe due to guilt?), which could explain Halloween Maya Prime being a thing, and also how is it that, from his perspective, he becomes a sensei... out of nowhere.

Same. I put her on my list because she's the only one to have outright stated a "Fucking the underage is bad" opinion. But she's also ready to marry Akira. Rika hasn't really been seduced by Akira yet, Imani kind of was but has also just had her perspective shaken in the dorm wars, and both of them have a duty of care to the students. I almost added Wakana to the list, but I think she'll be too distracted by Osako, I think something's gonna happen when Akira is found out and "OSAKO KNEW????!!"

True but i believe enforcement beyond AI is likely to be rare and may not hold up in court if challenged under free speech protections.

Now to get back to the game. You all are predicting a crash-out at the beach due to the orgy, but what do you think will happen if you don't go? I can't see the events going too far in different directions.
