by point I take that you're talking about lust/affection, then no. It causes them not to trigger, but they're not missable. The last ones were in 0.46: "post-nut clarity" (with the Himawari scarf scene), and on the same update you could miss the lust scenes in the bathroom of Tsubasa's house (with Molly and Futaba?).
If by point you meant green route/red route, then yes, you can miss a lot on the Nodokathon 2 update (0.50), which is more recent. And even more recent was the whole mess of 0.51 needing either the wizard path, or being buggy as hell (enough for selebus to create a god for it).

I suppose I could've been a little clearer. I primarily meant the lust points as if you start an event chain without a certain number for a particular character sometimes you can miss a pink (lust) scene and I have a habit of holding off the install of the event chain updates until I know for sure that I won't miss one and I hadn't seen any triggers for 0.53 yet. If I understand your answer correctly then there is no such event to worry about this time.
I will admit I did make a (possibly incorrect) assumption that the last two updates were going to be an event chain.

Quick guesses about things, probably need to be fucking all the adults related to the bar. Possible lust grinding for Chika and Kirin. Potentially Nodoka but honestly I'd rather she be getting actual plot where they talk to her rather than splitting one event off for sex.
If Sel has the stones, not dicking Maya if people haven't gotten enough affection for her by visiting her in the dorms, available since last christmas.
Fine with me - I never had any interest in dicking her.

Maya is not an interesting character to me. The story tells us she is interesting and Sensei apparently can't live without her, but I've never actually seen any reason why. I was actually excited when we got NuMaya because I thought maybe she'd be less unbearable without thousands of years of resets but she is no better.

Stomachache was a hard one for me. I have a friend that essentially lived through what Io did by her grandfather, uncle, and half sister. And then her adoptive family. Like, if I didn't know any better, my friend could be the inspiration for Io, outside of the fact that she went in the opposite direction than Io didHypersexuality instead of Asexuality.
I personally hope that Selebus gives us a good ending for Red Path. The game is very obviously about being broken, and wallowing in that brokenness...but that doesn't mean you can't make good decisions sometimes. Character growth is a good thing, and that seems to be a heavy theme in Chapter 4. He's trying to be better for Ami, because he loves her. Io and Sensei share alot of the same sorts of Trauma, and Sensei knows damn well that part of why he's broken is because of that. I want to believe that he's self aware enough sometimes to recognize that doing harm for harms sake isn't necessary. That he can do good, even while being a bad person.
Not to mention...Sensei hates the idea of fucking someone that doesn't want to fuck him. He hates the blackouts, he was haunted by what happened with Molly, and the various run ins with Yumi during blackouts and loss of control.
Finger's crossed that future updates can give redpath a good future.

Just want to drop my own thoughts in on .53, while Aramaug, Bingoogus, Moonflare and Deskel mentioned a good chunk of it, besides others maybe, i skipped like 10 pages.
First of all, update was good.
I wish that what we learned, will now be the grounding point for the lore.
Wouldn't even mind if Sel went out from there and retconned things in the past and adjusts future things from here on, hopefully removing story/general junk.

It's Latin for 'god in the machine', theatrical plays during the days of ancient Greece and Rome often ended with the gods descending from the heavens and basically magicking the story to a conclusion. The term is used to convey the idea that it's an ass-pull, the narrative spends it's time to build stakes, establish rules and develop weight only to have a magic person pop in and wave their their magic hands and *poof* problem solved...
I wasn't talking about her keeping the memories, Himawari says they don't know how she keeps them or recovers them, my comment was on how cutting up all those bodies and smearing blood everywhere and then hanging herself came across to me as her making a mess to screw over the janitors, the 'leave me alone' sign, i felt, made that pretty clear, she's doesn't like them and wants them to fuck off, but they don't, so fuck it, 'i'll make a great big mess for you bitches to clean up, and i'll keep making it for as long as i can, and when you get close to my location i'll kill myself, denying you any attempts to interrogate or torture me.'
