Im not talking bad because of messed up fetishes, I'm talking bad because of gameplay.

I'll start
RPG Maker based game of some sort
15 - 20 minute unskippable intro
followed by a 30 minute tutorial in which you only get to see H content once, and entirely on rails.
Entirely illogical key layout, such as idk... N being interact. and the arrow keys only for movement. no ability to reassign keybinds either

Male MC with a grandmother and grandfather ghosts who appear and grandmother compliments sex actions grandfather insults / mocks sex actions
gameplay in divided into chapters, 12 in total with 50 events, save disabled, 2 minute un skippable intro/info to each character each time they are met.
Forced order of petting, undressing, foreplay, sex each with mini game for each part of the body and each item of clothing
Un skippable dialog before and after each mini game
At the end of each chapter in a forced order you must report exactly step by step each action taken in all 50 events to "researcher" after report you have to select in exact order what each grandparent said during each event. If you get anything wrong you are sent to the beginning of the chapter.
Save has only 1 slot and only available at start of each chapter.
When entering the "researchers" office at the end of chapter 12 save file deleted.

At start of game un skippable 10 minute credits scrolling scene
Pixel animations / sex scenes end in flashing screen for 30 second to "show" orgasms / fox sex sounds played
ALL dialog is in "ye olde english"
sound set to 100% and sound controls disabled
auto full screen and alt tab and other screen control disabled. resolution set to 1152x864
menu disabled until save point reached
esc and off methods to close game disabled until save point reached
character movement speed decreased
Game requires an internet connection
Forced survey on your thoughts of the last chapter you played at end of each chapter
Forced un skippable 30 second ad for other games made by same dev at end of each chapter
3 timed (giving 3 seconds) "are you sure" checks end exiting game or you are taken to the start of the first chapter again by passing the save and menu.

The worst game is always the one you wanted to make but never did. :(

But for mechanics:
  • Used Unreal Engine for some 320x200 pixel game, making your 10m experience 2.5GB in size that runs terrible.
  • Used one of those action time things that goes across the screen once, but starts at random times, and could possibly be running just as the screen kicks over to it so you fail before you know it
    • Extra points if you made the game so poorly these are laggy, so the person has to click before the needle hits the sweet spot
  • You remade a sliding puzzle but made the pieces be something stupid, like a 20x30 puzzle or something "just for funzies"
  • You made a bunch of annoying mini games and made them "jobs" the player has to do once every 3 minutes of "a game day" between nothing happening, so they can "grind some stat/money"
  • You used the Blue Slime from RPGM
  • You used Orc Boss from RPGM
  • You used EVERY FREE ASSET in RPGM as a monster for your dungeon game because WHY NOT
  • You can barely write English and running your masterful prose through even Word is too much effort, so fuck it nobody can read anyway
    • Extra points if you took this immediately to Patreon because you think you are a maestro and people should pay for this
  • You hate AI CG so you just used MS Paint
  • You immediately ran to Patreon so you can collect $0/mo but paywall your free asset/RPGM/Ren'Py clone game you are copying from someone else who had the idea before you
  • NTR is popular, so you made one, and you put it on a phone, and by god you used AI CG
    • Triple points if you don't understand NTR but did it anyway so people can complain about NTR
  • You actually have talent and squandered it on copying someone else's idea to continue their game and lost interest after your first 0.001 release
    • Extra points if you just called it 1.0 because 5m or less of a game is complete and you have other things to do
  • You just make games based on what's popular currently, and immediately take it to Patreon to collect your $0/mo

nah rpg maker could be ok, there is good games using it, but if they use the base assets...you know your not in for a good game xd

I would mostly agree, but have one low res H scene, and just use that same scene for all 30 instances.

text is red on black and half the H scenes just give "error code x file not found"

Don't forget that the only language available in the game will be Hindi and it's the size of the executable is going to be in gigabytes and sometimes blue screens your PC while corrupting your storage
