Hopefully this is just the devs first game and it was more a learning experience for them. If that's the case, it's not too bad. Any other way...
Like the milking option but there are just so many games like this and many have multiple positions you can at least switch to, this one is just sadly simple. It's not really a game or even a VN, as someone else said much of this could just be a gif, then you notice it's also censored so even the one thing it does is partially pixelated. It's just too subpar compared to almost any other game in the 'click buttons to pick what you see being done to the chick' genre.
2nd star only because it's completed, even if poorly beats abandoned, and since milking machines are a fetish I dig and it's not the worst I've seen it done.
Recommend skipping this one as if you've seen the preview image here you've seen about 65% of the 'game'.

You start up the "game" you click an option a single animation loops, you get a climax, that's it.

I'd understand if this was an early build but it has the [Completed] tag so there goes all hope for that theory, everything that's in this game consists in gif in the title.

its alright, it works, thats the main thing, just seems like a simple simulator game. just it also seems to be like those older crappy flash games, with the sounds bieng basic and stuff. As i said, its fine, just not the best either.
