What is your favorite incest related dynamic in games

I am not just talking about who is fucking who (brother and sister, father and daughter, nephew and aunt etc...), but also how and why the two character decide to choose the taboo of having intercourse between family members

Dynamic? I'm largely going off the motivations of the MC and that person's pursuit of their desires, but I'd like for the other character to obviously show resistance to the change in relationship before becoming ever more receptive to the idea, the strength of that resistance? I'd prefer for it to be difficult to overcome, I want to earn it, eventually transforming into a lust filled and loving bond.

To be honest, I think I prefer it less when the other character is mutually proactive, I think it's much better for the girl to be chased, or at the very least one side to be pushing forward. Someone needs to be the leader.

It's not complex for me at all, in fact it could be summed up in one word, Opportunism.
Opportunism exists everywhere but... due to the closeness of the relationship there's a greater desire to deepen those feelings way beyond any other relationship on Earth, you get to be with with the finest girl in the World who's right there in front of you.

It's the most pure expression of love, completely different to the twisted power hungry ways of inbred noble families grasping for power, it's all for a unique and special love, the top of the mountain.

What other choice is there? You lose her forever without putting up so much as a fight and she becomes a whore? (which is what society wants) Not on my watch!

Society and it's BS rules want to fuck me by making me let go of the love of my life? Well, society can get fucked! It's going to happen.

Not necessarily games, porn stories as well. The scenarios below are not mutually exclusive, some games/stories combines several aspects I mention.

1. Mother/son: The great pretender. Scenarios when the son makes advances and gets progressively bolder while the mother pretends to ignore what's going on but silently allowing the son to continue. That's basically the template of

and I love most of them. Bonus points for "let me rub something liquid and oily on you" scenes. I'll never get tired of these.

2. Mother/son: Man of the House. The (mostly female) family is falling apart, but guess who will save the day? Exactly. I'll not argue about the execution, but the incest premise of Zombie's Retreat is perfect IMHO.

3. Mother/son: Dominant son. I love my MCs bold and secure and dominant, and a son dominating his mother is amazing if pulled off correctly. The mother doesn't have to be a complete pushover (in fact, dominant moms are hot if they submit eventually), but in the end I want the son to come on (the literal) top.

3a. A variation of the bullet above, but the mother is a complete pushover. She can be either naturally very insecure, very eager to please, or maybe a little soft in the head. But sometimes the pushover mom is hot.

4. Father/Daughter: Practical strangers. I find is strange myself, but "normal" father/daughter incest does nothing to me. The rare scenarios I can enjoy are ones where they were not in contact for long years, perhaps one doesn't even know he/she is related to the other.

my favourite thing is seeing the weaker son slowly wear down the moral resistance of a strong mother, seeing her pushed from a motherly love into forbidden physical love.

I want her to start from full denial of her own urges (they can be visible for reader but mom should be oblivious) and be reluctant all the way, and even after she's fully accepted the sexual advances.

like for example: agreeing to leave for a tropical island fuck vacation with son, but still wanting to keep it a secret if anyone might find out about it. she should also feel guilty after sex and never be fully okay with it. a guilty pleasure. shame + being overcome with lust is always a juicy combination. she should also complain about being fucked too hard or too often, but more because she doesn't want to SEEM like she's loving it. like she might complain about son never leaving her ass alone, then keep bending over with more or less transparent excuses. that short of thing.

keeping up the reluctance also means she should be pushed, coerced and even abused towards final goal rather than her agreeing to it. but even the abuse should be motivated by son's all consuming love, not hate. both characters should be ultimately driven by forbidden love, even if they end up doing despicable things.

I don't like the son starting from a position of strength physically, mentally or financially as that makes mom and son peers, or worse, but he should become more confident over the arc of overcoming mom's resistance. but not to a point where he completely dominates mom, as mom should never fully stop being the more powerful one in the relationship. (this doesn't mean she can't fully submit to bdsm domination in bedroom, but she can't become submissive outside bedroom or the submission loses meaning, for me.)

the son should be old enough to make it plausible a grown woman could see him sexually attractive (so no shotas), but not old or muscular/tall enough to erode the power inequality.

it always has to be the weaker side taking over or it will just feel abusive and disgusting, for me. that's the main reason I don't like any father/daughter or brother/little sister stories. and even in the ones where dad is super loving and considerate (like light of my life) it still feels like grooming to me, the daughters just don't understand they've been gently maneuvered since childhood to end up gagging for dad's dick in their teens. the power relation is just wrong for me even when the dad lacks all outwardly abusive traits.

and somehow the loving considerate dads often feel even more evil than an abusive dad corrupting his daughter, as the rapist is at least honest about who he is. this is also why I don't like moms initiating things as that makes the weaker side a victim. the son being weaker while initiating things with mom/aunt/big sister deals with all that effectively.

An especially skilled writer would make that the mother doesn't even acknowledge her desires to herself on the conscious level but subconsciously shows all the signals she is ready to surrender (going to the tropical island with her son, packing a skimpy bikini, asking him to rub lotion on her etc).

Oh, and a terrible, common way authors butcher their incest stories is switching perspectives to tell their audience loudly and clearly how both parties feel about each other all the time. The classic "tell, don't show".
