Taking into consideration that his other 2 games are ntr then yes, is a fact that his is getting ntr. And if you read the 1st img it sais "I can see them now, a couple", so yeah, the first scene is not even with the MC. Don't know why is not tagged. But anywais if somebody came here cause the absence of the ntr tag ignore this (Like i'm going to). Good Luck!.
