The general answer is...
Browse all 24 character tasks in the journal guidebook. Find the earliest day and do that first. Skipping some of the characters may prevent other character events from triggering.
The in-game task days are the EARLIEST an event can occur, not the deadline. If something is listed as being on Day 105, it can happen any time AFTER 105.
Good Path:
Park - Elsa's house... Matilda's House... Cafeteria in the evening....
(one of these precedes the "Day 105" event and can be done earlier, but this is just the sequence in the official walkthrough, which is differently timed from the in-game task days)
Next day - morning... Sophia's house... The "Day 105" event.
Next day - morning... Mansion - Lobby - Stacy event... Sophia's house in the evening - talk to both in their different rooms.
Next day - Sophia's House.
Dark Path:
Sophia is in a different place, in different circumstances... As is Stacy... And Emily? Not so much either...
Wait new to the game do we lose all access to those girls? Like we cant even meet them anymore? I mean in dark ntr path. If thats the case it kinda sucks cause its like the worst mechanic in any ntr or similar games to have.
No. You just have to access the events of the skipped characters (later) in order to unlock the progress of everyone.
The way the code works is:
Each scene has a number. If a future scene references or is storywise chronologically/sequentially after 1-10 other scene numbers, but a single one of those required "views" has not been viewed by the player and tagged as "1" (viewed), then the follow up scene will not trigger until all of the required preceding scene numbers are marked as "1".
Example: Start of the game... MC has not visited the university yet... Thus, none of the university girl events can trigger.
Mid-game... MC has not talked with Emily about Sophia (after her father appears at her house) yet... Thus, the Bar at the City remains locked until the Emily conversation is flagged "1".
If MC has not yet visited Sophia's house to trigger that scene where Player can choose to SHOW or HIDE a photo, then Sophia's future cannot be flagged as Good or Dark (Karma of this choice changes her fate). Good = sparing Lilly from seeing the disturbing photo / Dark = causing Lilly to be traumatized by the photo.
If the player has not yet visited the Church at night, then none of the nun scenes are available until that night scene is marked "1"... Same with the University at night...
The game will continue up until each of these variable checks hits a "0" for a specific event that is required to be a "1" in order for the code to trigger the event Player wants to view... which is marked in the Task Journal as being the earliest of 24 character "Day ##" events to do...

I found a bug at the start of chapter 3 on the good path where Sarah's event hint changes when you use the NSFW Journal cheat. I thought it was weird, because it sure didn't seem like her story was over just after starting physio. These screenshots are at the exact same point in the story.

The first determination is what route the MC chose for the main game when meeting the boss: Good / Dark.
- The second check is if Dark route players have chosen the branching Dark NTR path...
This splits the variables up into the 3 sections: Good / Dark / NTR.
After that, a check is made for the independent characters who could be on any path while main path is on one of the 3 alternatives.
Sarah on Good (living outside the mansion) / Dark (Inside the mansion) / Dark NTR (abandoned and forgotten).
Sophia/Lilly on Good (safe at home) / Dark (in the mansion) / Dark NTR (not the best outcome for them).
+ A few others I can't recall specifics of at the moment, since the game has been completed for over a year now... nearly 2 years...
On the Dark path, after determining who the "winner" is based on Dark NTR being yes or no... The variables check each individual character's setting to show one of 2 possible outcomes. Dark (MC) / Dark NTR (Gary).
On the Good path, the variables define where the independent characters may have ended up and displays their respective endings (Dark Sophia/Lilly will be in the mansion even on good path).
All in all, it was a tremendous amount of work, coding, testing, retesting, and creating all new stuff when we discovered a missing scene as we finished the game.

In the end, we could have continued to extend and update the game... but when our download count is 500% of our paid membership total? We're bleeding cash and unable to keep working for pennies. Literally, we made enough to continue for a couple more updates, but it was obvious the "free" downloaders were unable/unwilling to support our time, energy, and efforts.
I'm not knocking anyone here or there. Simply trying to clarify... Illusion does not license any user to SELL or PROFIT from the art we can make using the games Koikatsu/HoneySelect/etc... So selling the game was never an option. We simply asked supporters for donations if they could afford them. Said donations were stated clearly as supporting our time, writing, coding, and animating efforts.
I get it, some people want things ASAP for free. But we have housing, utility, and life expenses to pay.

Like, your first message and already talking shit for the purpose of talking shit; like you know how troublesome it is to make everything in a functional and good game. You can question some decisions or how it ended for some characters, but you can fucking question the effort that the team put into this; it was better if you had stayed with your mouth shut.
If you want to take what I posted as talking shit, that's cool, I wasn't judging the gameplay or the coding of the overall game, I was talking about the character cards. If they put in the effort as you described they would have at least try to make the characters look somewhat different from the default models, outside of changing the hair style and eye colours.
thats why i went on a rant but i went ahead and deleted it cause i know someone would say you non ntr baby like wtf i choose the dark path for a reason i wanted to be the guy that stole every woman that was dissatisfied with there husbands or boyfiends. but what triggered me the most is the bitch took the mother and now i cant have scenes with her now
Only about 10 of the characters are default Koikatsu cards. The remaining 50 or so are customized/modded from default significantly or all-original characters. Example: Elsa is default. Elsa's mom is a modded version of Elsa with slightly more curves as a petite but curvaceous MILF. Mia's mom is Mia's card expanded in every direction, with custom skin textures (areolas)... All the children are custom made cards, being literally 1/8th the scale of an adult.
Yes, it may seem like many of them are generic or default, but that's the innate nature of Koikatsu. If we spent more time customizing every single character to be completely different than the 10,000+ KK cards available, we'd still be mid-chapter two after 5 years of work.
There are many default locations in the game, but - especially in Chapter 2 and 3 - several custom-made homes and businesses were planned, constructed, assembled, retextured with original designs... by me. The mansion library, for instance was an 8-bit low-res 640x480 texture that I upped to 4k resolution and modified the hell out of to make it look GOOD and less bitmappy/pixelated. Elsa's home, Nina's home (interior), Natalie's bedroom, Massagy Massage, and many other maps were custom-made and cannot be found in any other dev's Koikatsu-based game.

Dark Path: Most characters never get pregnant/end the pregnancy.
Good Path: Most characters can get pregnant, many only in the Endgame.
NTR Path: Endgame - not yours.
