This is an interesting game with a probably quite elaborated story that unfortunately gets mostly lost in translation. One of the rare cases I actually did not get the overall story. So if you want to get this you probably have to wait for a real one.
The story has a lot of scat and watersports, be warned if you dont like these. There is a lot of H-scenes and also BDSM themed topics. I like the style, unfortunately the skipping is quite fast so you may skip over the short scenes.
So a mixed recommendation from my side, go for it if you love the fetishes and dont mind to loose a large part of the story.
