I am looking for a game that I played that I can't seem to remember.
this is what I remember about the game :
-you meet a dark haired lady which who you consume drug (usually by a train station), also that lady has piercings
-you own an hotel.
-you encounter a waitress with who you build a relationship.
-meet some neighbors in the hotel, and have relationship with.
