The game in question was in 3D, and it had pregnancy/impregnation in it from what I remember, and I think it had some incestuous elements where you could get it on with your daughters. It's a Japanese game and the author has a ci-en and from what I recall makes a lot of these types of games. I'm pretty sure the setting was you stranded on an island and was focused on re-population but I could be wrong on that front.
