Identify LF School Girl Secret Agent Game

Hey all,

I spent around 2 hours fishing for a game I once played but never finished and I could use some help.
The game is about a customizable protagonist who I think was surgically changed to look like a girl (They'd even ask you if you were a boy or a girl before the change) by some agency and then asked to join a school undercover while doing secret agent stuff. I remember you could do mundane things in that game, like work out to get ripped and change your hair color, etc.

Further tips: It was in anime style, no 3D Western stuff.

I won't lie, I just typed %appdata% into my directory to see if I had a save file of the game I was looking for, I read "The Fixer", looked it up and saw it was the game, then got the notification of your post, haha.

Thanks for the help! It turned out I didn't need it, but I still appreciate it.
