Is there a point where they MC grows a spine? I've gotten to the point where he meets Victoria, then speaks to her again. They need something from him, her and the other girl, and he lets them walk all over him? Victoria can threaten him perhaps, but she also wants his help. It'd be nice to see him actually stick up for himself a bit. I really find it difficult to enjoy a game where the MC is being constantly screwed with (apparently he isn't at all upset with the fairy either, for setting him up and not telling him what he was walking into at the club?) and insulted and threatened, and he just takes it like a wuss.

The art is good, the girls attractive, the story seems interesting. There's stuff to like about this, I just wish, like I said, the MC stood up for himself a little. Does that maybe happen a little further along?

Hey Crown, thanks for playing and for the feedback!

To answer your question without giving too much away, yes. It's a narrative imperative that he seem weak at first given his true nature that will become apparent the further you go in the story. (There's actually an activity in Celine's bedroom where if you talk to her she'll hint at his true nature. She's an empath so she's one of the only characters who can truly "see" him) He'll always retain his "nice guy" persona though since it's more of a comedic adult novel, but depending on the choices you make all of the specials and humans around him will eventually be "attainable." I post daily updates on Patreon so feel free to join as a Free member if you're interested.

Maybe, but I never understood going through content you hate to maybe get to content you want. There are so many games to play, why play stuff you are getting frustrated over? I can understand venting a bit, sure, I mean we all have those days. But then at some point you just gotta find what you like.

You may like the game as a whole, but still be annoyed by one specific thing. So it makes sense to ask whether there will be any changes to that specific thing.

One thing I notice that the game likely needs is some means of knowing whether additional content exists for a character, or if additional steps are needed before something can be completed.

For instance, progression with Ellen required working as a handyman to increase her relationship score. Eventually, I stopped getting relationship points and I had to text her in order to progress. She told me to call in the future, but I can't, and her relationship won't go up any more. Currently, there's no way of knowing what I need to do to continue increasing the relationship. Do I need to progress the main story? Do I need to hit a certain number of handyman jobs? Do I simply need to wait until the game updates and adds more content for her? So there really needs to be some kind of "next steps" element for contacts just to let players know if there's anything left to do for a character, and if so, to hint at what that is.

One more thing while I'm on the Contacts anyhow; when you go from a Contact to their Messages, exiting back out of the messages takes you to the menu of the Messages app, not back to the Contact you were on. Since you occasionally need to initiate messages with contacts in order to advance them, and since there's no way to start a new conversation from the Messages app, that means that checking if you can initiate conversations requires going to the contact, opening messages, going all the way back to the home screen, opening contacts again, finding the next contact you want to check, etc. It would be a lot less clunky if hitting "back" from a conversation took you to either the messages app or the contact page, dependent on how you got there in the first place.

Both of those are "nice to haves" though, and I absolutely recognize that the game is early in development. It's just easier to address that kind of thing early on rather than when it becomes technical debt later.

Hey Loki, thanks for the feedback. I truly appreciate you testing out the game and giving me your thoughts. Identifying these pain points early on is extremely helpful. I'm planning on adding some type of progress tracker for each contact and tying it narratively to one of the character skills (probably call it Snake Eyes). Once you unlock this new widget you can see the available character related quests/activities/progression. Thanks again!

Nice game; it feels like it's set up as a very big game. Perhaps it even has too many options, but I like how the game has been built; one of the better ones I have seen.
But the most important question: :)
When will there be new content with the character Hilda?

Thank you so much for the kind words! I plan on adding some more Hilda content soon (the tricky part is finding places where she'll fit,) Feel free to join the Patreon if you want. I post updates once a day with dev progress.

Is there an option to permanently hide the quick menu (save, load, settings)? Also is there an option to make the textbox transparent and outline the text?

You can change the opacity of the textbox in the settings as well as a few font/size changes, there's not an option to hide the quick menu during dialogue scenes, however you can double click the screen to temporarily hide all HUD elements. I might have to add a way to hide that quick menu, or collapse it. Thanks for that feedback.

Sorry, do the font options include outlines?

Oh I see what you mean, you want to be able to add text outlines to the individual fonts as well. Currently it doesn't but I can look into adding that as an option in the settings. It should be a trivial change. Thanks for testing the game :)
