Garbage. The story setup is so farfetched and retarded that you can't take anything seriously. Also, this game uses child faces on adult bodies for some characters for the wink wink appeal, but it just looks stupid.
The MC is 34 years old. He has a full grown daughter from some highschool fling. The daughter lives with her mom, who is either a junkie or has chronic health issues (not clear yet which it is).
The MC lives in a studio apartment (no rooms) with his 36 year old sister and 19 year old sister, and they are apparently clawing themselves out of this poor standard of living as a group of siblings. It seems like his parents are out of the picture, but who knows, with the way this dev writes, mom will probably join the fray at some point.
The MC is said to be an unemployed bum at age 34 doing odd jobs when he can or just fucking around doing nothing. Older sis is a bartender and younger sis works at a comic book store. They are all saving to move out of the small studio apartment and make a better life for themselves... which might make sense if they were just on the cusp of adulthood, with a tragic incident leaving them to fend for themselves, but this shit makes no sense when we are dropped into a story with three siblings, two of which are in their mid thirties but has no contacts, no money, no prospects, and no careers.
I mean, what the fuck were they doing with their lives prior to the start of the game? Were they all living with mom until whatever happened? I try to think of various ways to explain the set up of this story, and I can't really come up with anything that makes sense.
Furthermore, these people are deranged. They wear nothing around the house (and outside of it). They flash their tits, ass, and cock all the time to each other. But apparently, this behavior doesn't mean they are fucking yet. No, they act like this for no reason. The aunt is an exhibitionist slut that walks around naked and says she wants to suck MC's cock, and MC also wants to bang her, but actually, they haven't done anything yet despite MC regularly going there for odd jobs and presumably interacting with her in this manner all the time. The younger sis complains that her boss does nothing but stare at her ass, but she goes to work wearing a bra, miniskirt, and thong, and bends over to flash her ass.
Basically, these people don't act even close to normal. The way they behave could be something the players eventually works towards by doing the incest progression. Or, it could be an already established dynamic that is explained in the backstory. But no, you can't have them act this way and just pretend they are normal functional human beings.
Finally, the incest patch doesn't even work. And no, you can't play this game without the patch because the story will make literally no sense without it.
Oh, and the sex scene is basically a single animation without any dialogues. You click and it's done.
