You can win the first (and only) fight, but the game ends either way.

Just use the potions, keep your magic barrier up (blocks many attacks), lust below 40 (50+ is when you cannot resist and some attacks increase your lust by 10).

The fire in her hand also telegraphs what the attack will be. Purple is lust based, orange is fire/damage based. It doesn't really matter, but just interesting to note.
