Lilith in Nightmare movie screen tearing

So the issue I'm having is with Lilith in Nightmare and I got a new gpu (switching from gtx 750 ti to rx 6700 xt) and all drivers are installed, I used DDU to uninstall intel and nvidia stuff that might've remained after the switch, and yet every *single* animation that using a movie in gamefolder/www/movies/ are perfectly fine and have no issues and I know this because I ALSO reinstalled the game just to be sure. It plays a movie, freezes, does a little jitter and tear trying to play the movie and repeats. I know RPGM is not known for working well with AMD but if anyone has an idea or a fix or anything, pass it along? If you need any more info, ask

For anyone who ends up having this issue, run windows compatibility troubleshooter. I honestly kinda forgot this program existed but it seems to have fixed the issue.

not sure if this helps but here are a few ways you can fix screen tearing.

VSync, Adaptive VSync, Enhanced Sync, Fast Sync, FreeSync, G-Sync, or Variable Refresh rate.
depends on what your computer PC system and monitor currently support.
