v0.4.3.8
I have over 215 pornographic games on my computer, so I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur. Despite having played everything from full-3d vr games, hundred hour plus jrpgs and visual novels, immersive sims, all the way to the humble flash game, Lilith's Throne, a text based game, is my absolute favorite. Top of the list, bar none.
If you've been reading the reviews and aren't sure about it because you see people talking about particular fetishes, rest assured that the customization this games allows means you can tailor it to your own likes and dislikes. Don't like anal? One click in the options menu and it won't even be offered. Have a thing about feet? You can adjust the percentage of people in the game world who have that fetish, anywhere from no-one to everyone. You can adjust everything from the age, orientation, and gender spawn rates to making everyone a furry or no one a furry or only catgirls as far as the eye can read.
Yes, its one down side to people who haven't played it is that it is mostly text based (less typing, more button pressing), but several major characters have art built in, some even in varying states of undress based on how much your character has seen of them. Really this game wouldn't work in 3d or even 2d, since the budget would have to be higher than any AAA game in the past 10 years. The fully detailed descriptions and individual quirks keep it from feeling repetitive. Each of these can also be applied to your character.
Speaking of your character, they are fully customizable at the outset of the game, with potential for transformation content (although I have reached the end of the current build several times as a plain human). You want to be a daemon? A slutty fox girl? An aligator-badger-cow-man-woman? With bat wings and cotton-candy flavored cum? All well within possibility. This game really shines with its descriptions, allowing you to get a full picture of each character, head to toe.
There are honestly a few negative points, just nothing that bothered me personally enough to have much issue. The updates are a little... slow. From what I hear the creator, Innoxia, wants it to be a one-person show, and hasn't accepted much help with a game that is eventually going to be big enough in scope to necessitate a multi-person team. I totally get the idea, and I don't begrudge them like a lot of people do, but if it meant more of this game I'd beg them to expand.
There's also the issue with planned updates not having the promised content, and small random additions and tweaks taking priority over expanding the main game and quest-line. Just the other day I got to the end of the current main quest, and I heavily sighed as I know it's going to be a while before there's anything else to do.
Not to say there's too little content, I could easily play for hours at a time by treating it as a sandbox, but I'm honestly attached to these characters and their world. It makes me a little sad that I'll have to wait around like I'm expecting another harry potter book, and when it arrives it will be long enough to get me excited again but not long enough to sate the hunger that builds up.
I hope you'll notice that none of my issues are with the game itself, which is why I kept the full 5/5. I highly recommend it to anyone, and suggest that if you give it a shot, don't pass judgement until you've adjusted things to your taste. When I start a new game I personally spend about 20 minutes changing options, spawn rates, and customizing my character. You can of course leave everything default, but it's worth it, trust me.
I also suggest exploring and doing side-quests. Trying to rush through kinda defeats the idea. After a while check out the discord and mod it to hell and back. I'm a huge sucker for any kind of customisation, and this game has it in abundance even without modifying it.
I hope this has convinced someone to give it a try, and I hope you'll love this little gem as much as I do.
