Ren'Py - Abandoned - Limits of Sky [Ep.4] [Inceton Games NTR]

Some of these reviews certainly feel like they have an agenda...

So, anyway, this is great. It is not unlike Inceton's other games, but the premise is new and the interaction between Sky and her friends and siblings feels fresh and new and it is really entertaining. They are not just a back drop to get to the next porn scene, the characterization is well done.

To get some things out of the way:
- The MC is not ugly, she looks exactly like in the banner. I would actually say she is among the prettiest FP's I have seen so far.
- I did not encounter any bugs.
-The "sandbox" is at best a sandbox light and in no way interferes negatively with the gameplay.
- There is several hours of content.

Go try it. It's good. Potentially the best of Inceton's games at this point.

Amazing looking MC, never seen her before and it's really refreshing to see a new face, and a beautiful one.
I'm really looking forward to see the next episodes.

I just hope it won't be too much of a slow burn, it's really annoying with some of those games.

I'd also love to see some ugly bastard male characters in this one but it's just a personal wish and I don't know if Inceton is into this kind of things.

I didn't make it very far due to the bugs. The game kept crashing. Easy to find crashes, right at the start of the game. Like it has not been tested at all before release.

At the start it forces you to play a guessing game where it shows you a character and asks you to guess what the relationship is, without any clues.
There is only one correct answer, as the story is written about a family, and calling them anything else would make the story nonsense. She even refers to the father as "father" in places, no matter what you put in the box.

The story is, not realistic, and the main character is a very unlikable person.

The art is decent, though.

The sandbox style play seems a bit suspect, but the bugs prevented me from exploring it much so I can't say with certainty that it is garbage. But it does kinda look that way. Random clicking on rooms/areas without any clues what they do or where you're supposed to go, or why. Like many other poorly made "sandbox games".

I really can't find anything bad that would be worth mentioning here. This is a great game. Writing is superb, setting is not overused and the renders and animations are good too
Overall a great game, and I REALLY hope it does not go the same way as a similar, now abandoned game...

The game is very nice, maybe it has some shortcomings MC very nice as well as the rest of the characters the plot is getting started the main character is not too difficult to understand the sandbox game is very cool maybe also going to the goal is annoying and that's cool

Well:

MC is kind of ugly, she doesnt look like the banner, and I have seen pretty much every female face of this game already. I ahve also seen every male.
Female bodies still look horrendous, and if an ass looks bad whatever that ass does, it will look bad. For this purpose DAZ fails completely, and almost no dev attempts to fix it, some try somehow, not this one.
Renders look plain and maybe is the light's fault as someone said, it doesnt look extraordinary. quite far from it actually.

As for the story, its there, interesting or not, the writing is decent i guess but there is not enough to tell how much developent there will be regarding her sickness and how she willl deal with it.
The MC is protrayed as a shletered book savy virgin, but her lingerie says otherwise. Her friends is very similar but she is also a party girl, its hard to tell the difference between them cause there is not much info.
I still dont like sex scenes, and the animations are "well executed" but there is something that doesnt quite clic.

The good part of this game is the talk with the manlet, that was funny, and I like how the "list" serves as a walkthrough of sorts and how its updating.

Navigation is the usual Summer with mia thing with the arrows and clickable areas, its a compromise between tediousness and invasiveness.

And that is pretty much Ep1, in the current state being a famous developer and such, its an average work so far but with almost no content, so ints only fair that the rating reflects it.

Very well written story and characters so far. Sandbox is annoying as it always is, but the renders make it worth it. Look forward to some good content, I liked where it was going with the red haired friend of Sky and the guy from the start, hope to see more of that.

In all my years of gaming in this site, I've never played with so hateful, bitchy female mc. There are few other games with bitchy female mc but they were bitchy for a reason. Here, our mc had a behaviour problem but the reason wasn't properly explained, if there's no reason then it's even worse because why would anyone want to play with a character like that? I liked overall story and where it "potentially" goes, but it had a very rough start. Being shy against a dude is normal behaviour, but being bitchy without a reason just makes her very unlikeable.

Is it realistic? In my whole life I legit never knew&seen such girls. Anyway here's my rating.

2/10 : Overall rating for main character. Unlike what others said I didn't find her very beautiful either... I've always been generous with MC rating for other female MC games but not this time.
4/10 : Renders and almost non existent lightning quality. Flat lights are at everywhere.
0/10 : Music and sounds ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
7/10 : Story can go to somewhere, it's interesting enough.
7/10 : Writing and dialogue.

It's very rough right now (Ep.1), it might change for better in future, then hopefully I'll remember to come back and improve my rating as well.

Don't listen to all the naysayers. A solid Inceton game. Especially like the spillover of Lust Theory characters. Sky is beautiful and story is compelling. The animations are decent and the renders are too. Looking forward to more of this game!

Inceton as always does a decent job on the female renders even tho there is very little variation on the female renders game to game. The male MC ofcourse as always is some goofy looking dude like it is in every one of their games. Limits of sky at this point has almost no content just a pointless sandbox that you just click around I would hold off even downloading this until atleast a few more updates to see if its even worth the drive space.

"Over 2000 renders" my ass, there's barely any content here and renders are just empty locations or some slightly different face expressions. There's no sexual content here as of now and the gameplay is tedious. We not only need to search each render pixel by pixel for highlighted objects, we also need to do it in a proper order. So WTF would you make it a sandbox when in reailty it's a visual novel where everything is linear? It's just a waste of time and disk space.

Even among sandbox games this one is the worst of them all.

Pros:
+ Decent renders (nothing special though)

Cons:
- EVERYTHING, but most importantly there is no sexual content here as of now (why make a first release and give us such shit is beyond me) and the gameplay is unbearable

Edit:
I've just checked the game folder and there are animations where female protag has sex or is masturbating but despite doing everything step by step the game just ended which only makes this game even more ridiculous.

Limits of Sky [Ep.1]
To be honest, 3 stars is being generous here.
PROS:

• I love the fact that the Main Female character looks pretty and has a good amount of inhibition. She is fairly smart and dumb in places where she has no experience. She is a curious girl who wants to let loose a little.
• The renders are great as always.
• The models are hot
• The characters are fleshed out nicely.
• The dialogues and sound effects are good as always.
• The animations are fucking fantastic.

CONS:

• But then ladies and gents we have it. The fucking unnecessary sandbox. Why add such a pointless point and click is very unknown to me. They can easily be handled by choices.
• The hints feel so damn empty.
• And the navigation system is flawed as F.

As the first review already mentions, all the clicking and searching takes whats about... 15-20 minutes of actual game and story and turns it into a prolonged 3 hours of nonsensical clicking on objects and just silly blah blah blah scenes.., and then in certain conversations there are options to pick, you do then guess what... no that's not a conversation to have with this person then it just takes it off the list... so why even put it there.. literally made start just laughing my ass off after about the third time it happened.

Next.. after what they did with their fist project... it really makes me wonder how serious they are with this one. Yes the first episode story wise was fairly good... but in 3 episodes is it going to collapse and be 20 different silly endings and bam the end until next time.. makes if very hard to give any kind of high rating just straight out the gate.

I'll have to watch it and see.

Well... I said I'd watch it for awhile and I have. The easiest way to sum it up, is that this game is just flat out boring, the MC is completely unlikable, and as i already stated before, the sandbox style system just puts the nail in coffin and makes this game completely unbearable.

Might as well leave it as 1 * and change my review if the direction changes.

Falls down the same hole as almost every other trash tier sandbox game, click through 20 locations (10 of which being completely pointless 90% of the time), to find the few pixels that turn blue to progress, see a little scene, then click throught the 20 rooms again, looking for the other little blue pixels.

This is a first release and i am already sick of the home environment, bored of each location.

Oh and the quests are vague and the questbook has a crappy animation that makes looking through quests slow, good job.
