Anyone know how get round a short links linkbuckets, i try to download off a website, these links but my firewall blocks it (gives alot of trojan webpage warnings, and really dont want to turn it off. But can anyone show me a web proxy service so i can open link, heres a exmple

you don't need proxy.
There are several Addons to bypass those,
I recommend the ones on the Mozilla, but on chrome they work too.

I installed only adblock and managed to download that link you sent:

and there are dozens of link skippers as addon, some will work on diffent pages, you need to text, for exemple:

my norton blocks the linkbucket, calling it a rootweb attack
