RPGM - Lisa [v3.2.5] [PaleGrass]

I really wanted to like this one, a good corruption premise, great renders and Lisa is hot af. But other than that there's not much I can compliment; the character expressions are... off, like every smile is so exaggerated and gives me cultist vibes. As others have said, the RPG Maker implementation is not good, every time you boot the game up you're greeted with an unskippable, slow fade in sequence of a bunch of characters and it doesn't get better from there. There's 0 reason for this to be in the engine it is.

Now, the writing. The MC goes from "ahhh a penis WTF" to "omigosh these guys are so hot, should I cuck my boyfriend??" in literally a day or two. She proceeds to have a mental breakdown over not telling this guy, whom she has known for ONE DAY, that she has a boyfriend. I get its a porn game and we're not here for prize-winning writing but come on.

tl;dr Its a 3/5 could be truly great, there is a lot of content, but the absurd writing, creepy expressions and tedious RPG Maker things hold it back

This game starts off promising, but quickly descends into chaos with jarring scenes that feel completely out of place in the narrative. The decision to use the RPG Maker engine does it a disservice; it would have been far more engaging as an interactive VN on the Ren'Py engine.

Despite its potential, this game suffers from trying to cater to too many fetishes, resulting in a disjointed experience. It's as if the developers threw everything at the wall to see what sticks, without considering how these elements might clash.

While it's refreshing to see a female protagonist, the lack of animated scenes is a major letdown. There are numerous points where animated scenes could have elevated the storytelling and XXX-rated content, but the absence of any is disappointing. Overall, it's a missed opportunity for what could have been a great game.

Good game, many only not playing because of female protagonist but story is good.

You should play this game atleast once you won't regret it,
I hope dev will make more of such games in the future and add animation and sounds to the game as well

This went from a game I quite enjoyed into a full on visual novel. The party is such a drag, even my coffee cup is getting bored pressing the enter button down.

There needs to be a way to skip the long scenes.

Hands down one of the best games.
CGs, renders, story and plot are all top quality. Developer revisiting old content and updating it is very refreshing to see, as the game feels better every time.
There is variety of characters, rich story and different paths that the user can take. Cannot wait for more updated and see how the game progresses, but loving every minute of it.

One of the best games I've found here.
It comes with nice visuals, lots of sex appeal, a good story/interesting setting and leaves out the rage inducing "gameplay" and grind sins, that often come with games in this genre. You almost never get a package like this with these games. Overall would rate this on one level with eternum (actually might give this the edge for being the more.. "interactive" out of the two).
The only downside of this game is, that it's not finished yet and just like watching Game of Thrones you might be wanting for the whole thing at once (that's what she did, anyway).
Seriously considering to pay some money for the finished product and I've never done or even thought about doing that with any other game of this kind.

I enjoyed the story of the game until now of every path and the cgs are amazing, animation is optional for me, introduce it if you know what you are doing, I heard some content was removed because of hindrances, but I would suggest not removing the character (paul) but reintroducing him with a different perspective for Lisa to enjoy someone inside the house other than the landlady, you know what I mean, and good luck with your project; I hope to support you.

This a wonderful solo project. The creator tells a compelling story, understands their characters and depicts the sexual awaking of a naive girl into something more.

I normally avoid RPGM games, but this one has limited navigation in comparison to content which made it easy to forget.

The art is very well done with creative poses and lighting. I especially enjoy the water effects as the artist pays attention to every droplet and hair when effected.

Lisa is a a nice wholesome young woman that slowly grows sexually as the story unfolds. It is worth playing.

Cons:
-Writing is so bad it is actually crazy how people are praising it in the review section. Alot of text does not mean good script or the protag going over the same topic 10s of times is stupid and not realistic at all.
-CGs are laughable, literal thousands of frames and gpu lifetime wasted lmao. I agree that the quality is good but damn it angles are fucked up and alot of amazing frames has male body covering majority of it.
-RPGM done so badly, slow text, slow transitions, slow everything it actually hurts.
-many many horse dung that I will add later if I got time.

Play Anna Exciting Affection and don't waste your time. The cope and sunk cost fallacy is so deep with this one

Conclusion:
Game got alot of things right but sadly the basics are dog water.

I held off playing this game for a long time, didn't think Lisa was attractive in the screenshots and never looked back until recently. Not in my wildest dreams would think that the stroy is this good and scenes are this hot.

Pros
Great renders
Lisa's expressions are perfect in the scenes
Drugs are pretty cool addition to the game
Story pretty good, feels some-what natural, not super ridiculous
Strong Danny's presence, it's just not as hot when Danny's not there

Cons
Girl models are pretty fugly at times, even Lisa
Rape is bad and makes me soft
RPGM is always a big negative
No animation

Looks like there're still a lot of potential for what's to come. Great game

I'm only giving this game 4 stars because of RPGM and no animations , other than that its one of the top tier games on this site hands down.

Pros:
-Super model MC and female characters
-renders are too fucking good they make you nut on their own
-Multiple paths/branches to choose from
-Has a good amount of content (So far)

Cons:
- RPGM.. Yeah fuck that but you can use the unofficial renpy version
- No animations.. don't get me wrong the Renders are insanely good they carry the lack of animations on their own, but if this game had animations i believe it would be one of the top 3 games on this site

OK, I feel I need to edit this. My initial review was at the beginning and it was already wildly positive. But having gone through most of the story now, I AM IN AWE of the writing. Seriously, this is head and shoulders above anything you find here in terms of character building and story development. It is really that great.

Initially, I bounced off this game. The frozen ghastly smiles of the characters at the start, the very standard RPGM implementation. It didn't seem worthwhile. Well. I was wrong.

The characters quickly develop depth and the features become more natural over time and the wonderful writing brings it all together. Don' tbe put off by the initial facial expressions and the (admittedly) slow start. This game is astonishingly well made.

Be aware that, while it play with porn steretypes, the story lines develop in a very unique way. Some turn REALLY dark. The cheating route is... hard to bear and the writing really does drive the point home.

DON'T MISS THIS JEWEL. You'll regret it. I'd give it 6 Stars if I could, because you won't find a better story on this site.

I usually hate RGPMs for the unnecessary walking, snail-paced scene transitions and throwaway puzzles in the form of you must do X, Y, and Z in this order to trigger Event A.

This game has all of the above problems.

But the top notch writing, specifically the eroticism in the slow but noticeable corruption of the MC , makes the RGPM not merely bearable but a thoroughly enjoyable playthrough. The above average renders, immersive backgrounding, and life-relatable game events surely don't hurt either.

To date, this remains the only RGPM in my game stable. Which is testament to its quality. I look forward to your updates. And thank you @Palegrass.

Not just my favorite work, but possibly the best I've played here. Very enticing models and engaging writing with plenty of content at the moment. The variety of kinks is respectable as well and the Dev seems both passionate and really interested in improving and telling a story. I hope they know their hard work is very much appreciated.

Been playing "Lisa" for a very long time, time for a revew. Simply, one of the best Female Prot games out there. This review is based off of the "Cheating" lisa - she has a boyfriend, and I like that side of things. No sharing routes played from my POV.

Graphics - beautiful
Characters - very good, nice development of relationships
Gameplay - sandbox elements, VN style, choices with actual game changing decisions.
Updates - frequent - Dev obviously loves this project and is frequent and the world of Lisa continues to expand.

Now it is a bit of a slut simulator with some differences, Lisa is a sharp, cute, intelligent girl who ends up cheating often and frequent. She is not mean, oblivious, and her boyfriend isn't a simp, asshole, or a cuck.

She just likes men and girls..and sex, she isn't evil, in fact she is rather sweet and feels bad (but good) about her actions. Meaning she is kinda choosing paths that she feels a little guilty about but it feels sooooo good.

There are a couple of Rapey scenes that others describe, but the game is so big I kind of have forgotten about them, but I think one you had to go somewhere and get drunk. The relationship with the live in guy (kinda step brother) was a path I didn't do as it was really kinda evil and not how the rest of the game was, I opted out. (would be nice to see an alternate path on that one, and this game is full of alternate paths).

So if you like Fem prot, fantastic art, great story, sensible interactions and relationships..go for it. Hope the Dev keeps going.

oh and miles and miles of content. Lots of play time.

A very fleshed out game.

The story seem to me a bit slow, but that is just me as I was exploring and interacting with my communities. Simultaneously, the slow progression allows for me to understand my character a bit more and to allow her to make 'personal' (NTR) choices. The corruption system feels very good as we understand her thoughts and regrets are in depth.

Characters are very real and the art is outstanding.

My only complaint is the interface. I am unable to access the menu and save my game during events and conversations. When it comes to decision making, pressing escape to try to access the menu before saving progresses me forward with whatever option I was on. I lost about 30 minutes because of this.

Other than that, a bloody awesome game

One of the most erotic games here. The journey of Lisa embracing her sexuality is top notch. I've been trying to find other similar games here but none has come close so far, which is kind of sad in hindsight..

Loving this so far. I only wish I knew what the routes were ahead of time cuz the potential got my imagination running lol. There's cheating, faithful, sharing and... something like sharing but not. Hmm... Also, love the lesbian scenes and the fact you have a bi sexual stepmom hungry for Lisa's purity lol

After playing it a bit longer and Lisa's fetishes are becoming... concerning. She's essentially playing with fire. Her BF can either become a cuck or snap and what happens to her messing with his boss is just... yea, that'd happen if you threw your body around dangerous guys. I wish there was a way to go forward without turning your BF inside out. Maybe a 2 women 1 guy mashup so he's not emasculated so much.

This game has quickly become one of my favorites.

Its kind of sad that the hottest scene in the game is still the forced scene at the bar. It was a dark toned scene, disturbed and beautiful. Now Lisa is more willing and the sex scenes are more vanilla. It might be wrong to call it vanila as its still somewhat dark. I just wish the Dav would have taken it to a more nasty direction. Still, having said the above, this is one of the best games I've played, she is so so hot, reminds me a camgirl i forgot now her named babemashek or something similiar. I love RPG games and the fact its a combined Vn+ RpG makes it adorable. Dav, if you listen bring back the bar, we want to see these two guys have a way with her on regular basis. Im considering supporting this game, just want darker tome.
