as someone who plays games on an iPad with limited space and bandwidth to download games, it would be real nice just to have a filter or a list of games that are available to play online without needing to download the game. As an iPad user, I can play any html game or Renpy game but the rest I can’t run exe or other games.

While valid, not sure that the answers actually match OP intent:

He'll get the list of games that can be played online, but no link to a site where he can actually goes to play them. This as side effect of the rules that exclude online only games.
