Seeking Little bit of help to find a game genre

Hi guys,

Nothing to complicated, I'm not looking for a dating sim, but more like sandbox (less discution better) and where you can basicaly do whatever you like like with a girl and with a certain physics / realtime animation. Hope it's clear enough.

Genre-wise here your probably looking for "point and click" and "groping" games, on other sites "simulation" or "slg" games. Some games here that aren't tagged like that are

That's indeed the title...but my download says SexaroidGirl_ver_1_30 so.....
