You're right: living in a brothel would almost for sure have a lot less prostitution content than just working in one.
And like Dessolos said, you're just weird for complaining about a game where it's baked into the cake that the LIs will be all (or at least mostly) sex workers. Not even remotely. I just find it an odd (and somewhat naïve) take on things.
And... yes, I think. I mean, it depends on what you mean by LI, because these characters aren't all lovey-dovey or solely committed to the MC or anything. But they're LIs in as close as this game would get to that, yes. The MC's own "roommate" (sister) is one of the first who sleeps with him and also tells him she plans to entertain clients.
It already entertains them. And if LI will entertain clients, then in future tags a couple is clearly missing. And having looked at the planned tags, I would pass by this game.

And that's fair. But again, I wonder why you're on here talking so much about why you dislike the game when you're not going to be playing it. Seems like you could find a game you do like instead and make better use of your free time to play one of those. I mean, you do you, but...
Given that you dislike the basic premise of the game, nobody here cares that you don't plan to play it in the first place. It's understandably not for everyone.
I don't play games like this all the time or anything, but I'm going to keep playing this game even though I respect you having your own opinion.Initially, I literally wrote one sentence.
If the brothel owner took on the training in the game, which is more logical, she should clearly have more experience, and the neighbor just worked in a bar. And the main LI in the future would not fuck with others. I would not care what the secondary characters do and with whom.
But the tags did not fully reflect what is happening and will happen in the game. So I downloaded it, played until the master class from the young courtesan, went out and since I spent time on the game, I decided to praise the models and express regret about their use.

Yes, I know you can skip Unseen Text in the game, so the below is just about the default experience for a player. I try to judge games based on developer's design and intent, regardless of what Ren'Py itself might allow to change the experience.
There's really only one major drawback to this game for me: there's a ton of unnecessary filler. The huge detour with Thomas isn't typical, but I don't need to see his entire backstory, especially not his studying to take his test to work for the government. Unless all of these specifics become extremely important later on somehow, there's no need for all of this extra stuff. It could just be summarized with a few lines like these:
We're focused on the MC and the brothel itself, not some rando patron who is happy he got the rum he ordered. It's unskippable and there's no summarized option, either. (Again, I do remember you can skip Unseen Text.) Ironic that while the game takes that huge detour, Thomas himself thinks that "less is more" while filling in a registration online.
That's pretty bad, but there's other stuff, too, like describing every tiny detail about an uninteresting process or repeating information we already have. For instance, we already learned what a "Test Drive" meant, so why do we need Thomas to explain it again? The MC also often repeats what was just said by another character... I guess to tell us that he's paying attention? It happens a ton and drags the pace of the game. It's fairly frustrating, if I'm honest.
And while I'm not a fan of forced pausing and having to wait 10 seconds for people to leave a room, or to turn off a computer, or whatever other mundane things, this gets exacerbated by the forced dragging of the unnecessary content that I already described. I enjoy the rest of the game; I just wish it wouldn't drag out so much.

Yeah, often, as I describe above (last paragraph of my post). It's forced pausing, something I dislike generally and especially when the pauses are slower and drag things on unnecessarily.
Tags almost never fully reflect content in a game. But if the name of the game is something like Living in a Brothel and you expect LIs not to be involved in sex work, I don't know what to tell you. Like I said, from my perspective, not realizing this before even starting the game seems pretty naïve. But nobody is trying to make you feel differently about the game or anything. Anyway, I've said my piece. I'm not gonna keep going around and around on the same thing with you.

You can hit Esc or Enter or right-click to make it go away and continue on, I believe. It's explained in the tutorial, but maybe you earlier turned that off (or you just Ctrl-skipped through it). I always just hit Esc so am not 100% on the other ways to close those screens.

Did you even read the description of the game? It's clearly stated there that the MC will be working in a brothel. We could assume then that almost all, if not all the women he interacts with would work there.It's called expressing your opinion. And the game is not called working in a brothel

If it's set in a brothel - which, based on the title, it is - and the joint's set up like a strip club/cathouse, one is justified in concluding that there ought be a "Prostitution" tag, somewhere
