The dev is working on it. There are plenty of devblog posts on their patreon, with the most recent one being just over a week ago.
The next update will be released Soon™ so please wait warmly until the developer is ready.
Imagine actually joining the discord and exposing yourself as a degen to the glowies
If there was anything like that to worry about they'd be on this website not the discord of only one of the games on here. Missing the forest for the trees.

Yeah the FBI isn't trawling through Discord looking for people who fap to stuff like this. This doesn't even count as loli, legally - it can be reasonably argued the heroine is an adult and is simply homeless.
They'll respond if Discord themselves come to them with something illegal but they would also ban the server so I doubt the FBI has much presence there at all.

And the server is aware of those rules. There's a channel of some of the most disgusting / dankest porn memes and nearly no discussion of loli outside of saying "no don't post it"

Hello Everyone!
With Permission from the NC131, I am here to start discussing the game, content and future plans with you all! (So I guess this is a Devlog of sorts)
So let's dive into the first post about the changes and additions coming in 0.3 :
Combat :
There will be 2 forms of combat (with possibly more to come)
The first is when the MC is ambushed while doing his daily activities (traveling location to location), when he is on a scavenging for materials (more on those in a later post) or when in secluded areas...
Do you Attack and gain valuable loot? Or do you dodge and conserve your precious energy and live to see another day, foregoing the loot?
Hope your Dodging skills are up to scratch!
As for Mission Combat, its sort of like dungeon crawler, Travel from room to room with your team, looking for salvage and other resources, go through the area, scavenge while you can, and fight monsters
lose? Game Over.
Saving recommended.
That's All for this quick Update, expect these to happen on a weekly basis for now.
Also a reminder, V0.2 has been out for a little while, and I personally (having had a sneak peek behind the scenes thanks to NC131) am very much looking forward to the things I can reveal in the coming weeks...
For now, here's some things available right now in 0.2 :

Looks good. Hope it's one of those systems where you can generally tell how tough an opponent is by their look. Gonna have to break out the old DDR skills for this one.
Dunno how I feel about a hard game-over when you lose. Maybe just a classic "You wake up in a hospital bed. This is sure to hurt your wallet." Or a time-skip so now a day or two is lost, if time matters with like deadlines or something. Having a hard-stop game-over can lead to frustration, especially in this day and age of no one ever remembering to save, or people not wanting to save-scum. Also makes it harder to learn from mistakes when you're angry at the progress you just lost.

Hey, if someone/thing with murderous intent is chasing you, and you collapse from exhaustion...
... think you are going to wake up in a hospital bed?
A problem of games these days is they are too... light... with punishing failure... be grateful it isn't me making the game, I would code that sucker to auto-delete all saves as soon the character hit 0 (not even waiting for the game over screen) like X-Com's Ironman mode turned up to 11.
but as it's not me making the game... I'm going to ask what the punishment is for dying in game right now (either game over or loss of assets/time I'd guess), so will edit with an answer soon.
*Edit* : In most cases, A trip to the hospital and a loss of money... in the other cases, game over.
