as far as i know, you need to make sure her mood "good" at minimum, raise her interest above 500 and lust at max. then do night crawl several times, wake her up too. oh and make sure to cum outside as creampie will lower her mood and like. as bonus, try to make her orgasm at least 3 times.

There might be another ending in the fighting questline if you beat that 'scripted' loss. No one has spoken up about it and I've been to lazy to check myself.

A remake of Imouto Monochrome is in the works. I think it's on pace for early next year? Take that with a grain of salt.

First, yes give Sister Travel a go. It's going to annoy you having to launch it with the steam emulator, the low res is a bit ugly at times, and it was made back when Inusuku didn't know how to program mouse input, but there are a bunch of cute girls, the MC is a dumb horny funny cinnamon roll and now with the context of Fantasy, this is how you have sex with Kana after only having dream sex with her in fantasy.
As for pregnancy, it's purely a matter of the numbers. From 'full hp' she should die from 1 night of 20 orgasms. Without being physically cared for she decays to death.
