Get in a fight somehow. Adventure, community service, bounty, doesn't matter how. Take some hits. Repeat as required.

Pretty sure it was discussed somewhere in this thread, but is there a cut hot springs management game section/event? Because there are a lot of pictures in DLC_data folder that aren't use anywhere in the game.
Those look like hot spring locations which can be even upgraded in some cases:

And also there is some other things like Narumi's battle icon and her sprites in different clothes which aren't used in the game either.
Am I retarded and missing something?

Inusuku felt at some point that the gameplay loop on the DLC just wasn't good enough and started from scratch, which delayed the release by a few months. Those are probably remnants of that previous version. There was a ci-en post talking about it at the time.

The hot spring used to have stats and you had to spend your time repairing bits of it getting it all up to scratch while the guild was totally out of commission and its reputation was in the toilet. All you did throughout the week until it was repaired was stay at the hot springs as a worker while managing your stress of not seeing your sister outside of weekends. The guildmate sex interactions was seemingly to relieve a stress stat you used to have.

Then he played it from start to finish and hated it and made it a optional / main quest type of thing.

I think I fixed the cheat table, everything except the Type of Onii-Chan part. Give it a shot.
