I do have this canon playthough I've been meaning to get over with where I don't lewd her, and then lewd the guildmembers. It would line up with how Travel's translation ended up.

if you look at your autosave it stopped autosaving before you got her preganant

Official translation came out a few days ago, I don't think the OP has it yet. I'm not sure if someone provided it.
With fan translations you can choose shade's translation or go for the weeby but accurate translation which is also in the OP.
No one is going to make a fan port because it requires someone to remake the entire game. You'll get your port when hbox gets around to it.

I just revisited the game after a year or so and is it just me or they make the sister's mood harder to improve? IIRC every time good normal convo is successful, sis mood will be improved right? This time they changed it into skill point instead? How to effectively improve sister's mood? The pamper interaction seems pointless as no direct visible mood change whenever I use it.

No, the first game is no where near as good as Fantasy. It's pretty much just the sleep and naughty stuff. With less options, if you can get it for a few dollars sure.
I see, i was just surprised and thought there was a fully new game being developed, because people here talked about it "releasing" soon, so i got confused i guess
