Don't use the one linked in video, follow my guide for versions. I just added video as a general tutorial for people who don't like to read. As for Mali devices, unfortunately those are not supported by other Winlator versions than 9.0 as far as i know.
You can check the end of guide post where i mention someone else who probably got it working on Mali devices, but it might have still performance issues.

I mention it in the guide too, but the 7.1.5 glibc by longjunyu2 basically works great with Imouto Fantasy as long as you set it to Performance mode. Everything else is fine with default settings.
No, for the pc version only using winlator, for the apk ypu can but the last version is in jap, look in this thread

It's been a while since I used Winlator because its updates like v8.0 and v9.0 are not good, v7.1.5 is even running Unity games and others? I'm currently using gamefusion (gamehub) to run pc games on android, I think this is more optimized and compatible with other games ex: spending a month sister, hypynosys reimu, ntr legend etc. see the image below of me running this game in gamefusion. In less than 10 minutes I was running this game, but this emulator still has the same problems as Winlator, Mobox, etc., only those with a Snapdragon 695 processor above, which is compatible with Turnip, will run games, there are exceptions for other processors but that's almost always it.

Fox mod is like the continue after story of the base game.
Feel free to install it. it doesn't change the story of the base rather adding some new story after it.
Be mine that some people is having a lag spike using kagura version as the base game. Try using f95zone version. The only difference of it is the word they saying and font style

you said that the kagura version has lag, but where is the f95 version for download, I'm probably blind but I only see kagura version in the download area

For any Android user, if you want to play the 1 and 2 games on the list, I recommend using gamefusion and (maybe winlator 7.1.5 glibc works too, I haven't tested it). I managed to run Urge to Molest on Joyplay using the RPGMaker plugin, Patreon (public) version. And if you want to play Living Sister (game from this thread) it also works on Gamefusion.
