I tried playing the kagura steam version and oh god my eyes at that font.
Did some small edits to make it more tolerable to me, just plop the modified font in the folder.
Beware I know very little on how to use font editing software, so there may be mistakes or oddities in the font.

If I remember right she does that based on her trust and interest. I think the lower it is the more likely she is to cover herself. Mood has a part to play too.
Goodness, the randomness in the starting title selection is painful. Has nobody made a mod to let the player just... pick the bonus you want? Or at least remove the randomization?
I'd have done it myself just now but apparently the old tools I have for editing Wolf stuff don't work so it'd be a research project. (edit: I found updated ones that work but I can't read Japanese editor UI so it's no good.)

Not sure i know all the requirements but basically you need to have had sex with imouto before, pretty sure her sexual interest must be 200 or more. Then you need to be above 100 or 110 in lust (I think it was) while imoutos lust is like 60-70 after you get home from a day at the guild and you need to have her make the food, That's at least what i did the first time i got this scene.
I think it's enough for you to have 100/110 lust to trigger it but there is a follow up that i believe only happens if imouto has high enough lust as well.
Just stuck on fog event. No quest to resolve it. Loaded many times, couple of days, there is no way to resolve the fog problem.

you can clear both A(cooking) and B(normal guild) routes without any NG+ bonuses.
A route is easy , B route need some rerolling at starts , but it is possible.
