yeah . i get her pregnant & got Bad End before taking the curse...... so even after we finish the whole story.. we still cant get her pregnant? seems like the devs hate pregnancy segs...idk, who am i to judge..
i got her pregnant once before taking the curse & got family ending... so after taking the Curse & clearing all the story, if we try to get her pregnant. it will kill her? thats messed up....

That family ending is what's gonna kill her. You're not taking a random curse, you're sacrificing some of your life force to give your sister time so you can find her a cure for her sickness, and you become sterile in the process.
If you don't find her a cure, and instead force her to create a baby, what do you think is going to happen? If the sickness was weak enough that they can make a baby and still be around to raise it, why would you sacrifice your lifeforce to give her more time? Nah you're sentencing her to death, you don't continue to the grand adventure afterward.
The popular idea on incest is if you don't make a baby it's harmless. Dev doesn't want to be known as pro incest babymaking.
Oh, it does make sense now, but reading about her death I imagined something kind graphic
Thanks for the explanation, I finished the game twice one before the DLC and a new one after the DLC release on steam and both times I did the good ending to save Imouto without even thinking twice
So I was kind of shocked to know about her foreshadowed death realization that I've never took if you choose to not take the "curse"

I'm not particularly into the pregnancy thing, but I still think the idea of a happy family ending is kind of a cute alternative route.

The DLC ending retroactively made fantasy a prequel to sister travel. You can't get a cure in this timeline but there's room to eventually find one.

Holding down the mouse button works too.i just learned after 100 days that you can skip some h scenes if you long press space bar

Wait... is this to make scenes like bathroom blowjob progress meter to go faster? If so... dam, i've been spamming left click to make it go faster (Though it doesn't always work)
I played sister travel but didn't finish it, so far I was noticing similarities but I though it was simply a art vision from inusuku and aside from the easter egg at the end of imouto fantasy there was no explicity connection between the 2 universes
