1. I’m trying to play a Japanese game on Windows.
2. To run it, I installed a local emulator / locale spoof tool that supposedly makes the system behave like Japan.
3. The game already launches and plays a bit without this emulator, but I was told the emulator is required for full functionality.
4. The emulator forces me to reload explorer.exe (Windows shell).
5. After doing that, the game still doesn’t run properly.
6. Through trial and error, I found: As soon as I execute explorer.exe, the game window shows correctly for a split second. Once explorer finishes reloading, the screen goes blank again.
** I have same issue even if I tried changing my whole pc locale to JP
** I tried locale emulator, locale Reemulator and even NTLEA Same prob everywhere
